La grande terrasse du centre

It was very clean, newly renovated and central. We liked that the apartment had everything you needed.

Front door was tricky to get open and the hallway smelled bad of mold - there’s a second door to the apartment, so the smell doesn’t go in, as long as this one is closed quickly. The days we stayed there were really hot and the fans weren’t enough to cool us down.

The apartment is excellent: - central - quiet - very clean - it has everything one needs

The check-in was not good. According to their site at Booking and on the reservation, the check in is possible between 16-23h. We were planing on getting there at 16h, but they wrote me that the apt. is only available from 17h onwards. After insisting a lot, they finally agreed for us to go in at 16h. When we got in, they were still cleaning and changing the bed sheets...this was very unfortunate. Also, I asked for them to send me the check in info the day before, since the day we were traveling I was not going to have any internet connection. They refused and send me the info the day of the check in at exactly 16h. I had to go to a cafe to get wifi and download the info.

L’appartamento è particolarmente accogliente, pulito e attrezzato. Si colloca in posizione centrale e in prossimità di tutti i servizi utili. E’ inserito nel nucleo antico e pittoresco della cittadina di Colmar, vivace e creativa.

Perfect location, easy to reach from the train station and right at the start of the centre. Also loooooved the big terrace.

It can be a bit noisy - but that's part of living in the city centre, so nothing we didn't expect.
