The location is excellent – it is only a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful old town, making it very convenient to explore Colmar on foot. Having a private parking space was also a huge advantage, especially when traveling by car. It made our stay much easier and more relaxing.
It would be great if the hand soap could be checked and refilled before guests arrive, as both soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty during our stay.
The check-in instructions regarding the parking access could also be updated. The key box only contained the apartment key and did not include a remote control for the entrance gate. Instead, guests need to enter a code at the gate, which then opens automatically to allow the car to enter. Updating this information would make the arrival process even smoother for future guests.
