Collecting the keys was a matter of entering a door code and a key box code, so quite straightforward

Getting the car near to the property was difficult, we had to go around a few times as the road is one way and some road works in the area. In the end we had to park the car on a road 8 minutes away and carry all the luggage to the apartment. this was inconvenient. I think more detailed guidance is needed on how to get the car and park outside the building so you can unload the car before taking to the parking place which is 5 minutes away. Once again clearer guidance needed on the exact location of the car park to us. We tried one where the parking car didnt work and then tried another where luckily it did work. The whole unloading car, finding the correct parking place and then loading back again is inconvenient.

Very good location and the place is immaculate and spacious. Just A few steps from the old town.., We appreciate the AC very much

The door lock is a little hard to open

The location of the property was very central and convenient. Very spacious and clean. Nice decor and fully equipped kitchen. We loved staying here.
