Excellent location bang in the middle of old Town. You can walk to everywhere in old Town. It's a fully equipped apartment with big beds, bunk beds, large spacious apartment, lifts, AC's in all rooms, 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, washer dryer, TV's, etc etc. Nothing I thought was missing. All essential shopping was just outside of the building.

Location! All amenities were great. Parking garage was close and convenient.
Communities at the beginning was not great. We lost a traveler and considered canceling the trip about 50 days out. We asked for cancellation and did not receive a response for about a month. At about two weeks out they reiterated a 60 day cancellation policy and offered to try to rent it out (that’s something) we just went ahead with the trip and communication was alright.

The location and the air conditioning was great! So fun to stay in a place so unique!
Floors were dirty and it stunk like smoke. When we first got there it smelled like urine. The windows need cleaned, it was thick with dust. Flooring needs scrubbed and vacuumed. The bathrooms are interesting, two toilets separate and two showers separate. The dryer didn’t dry the clothes very well.
