Like new. Super clean and fresh.

The worst accommodation we ever had. Nobody was at check-in, although we arrived in the check-in hours. We should have read the reviews before booking this accommodation, because many people complained that there was nobody at the reception. As well at check-out, nobody was there. They should mention there is a self check-in. The staff(manager/owner) is very, very unprofessional and rude. The manager/the owner should care about their customers and learn about how to talk and respect each person, at least if they want to have happy customers and if they care about their reputation, which I believe they should! They are not even open to cooperating and solving problems - we didn't have shower gel (we used soap) and when we asked for it, they said they have but they don't give it to us, because they don't understand why we want to shower again and if we want to shower to use soap, because they don't want to give us shower gel. To give you a bit of the background, my partner had a marathon competition, so he showered after, and then we went to the lake sunbathing and swimming. So we need to e plain this and still she was rude and not understanding this at all. Totally unprofessional and so expensive (145 €/night) if you take into account how they handle their customers. We didn't even stay for breakfast there as we didn't want to have another bad experience there. We don't recommend it, and we definitely are not going back there ever again. Booking should be more careful when they select properties to be listed on their website, because these kind of accommodation puts a bad experience on the booking website as well.

The breakfast was excellent. Our server, Paul, was very helpful and accommodating. The owners were very personable and accommodating hosts.

The location of the hotel is right in the centre of the town of Losheim, at a central intersection. So quite a bit of traffic at night. However, we would return to this hotel as the town of Losheim is a great location to other places. And the hotel was a good place to stay.

The host was absolutely amazing and made us feel very welcome. He cared a lot for us and our 3 months old boy.

Clean en comfortable spatious rooms (we booked the bigger room)and quiet (despite the road side). Parking facilities at the back.

No reception desk (roomkey was laying at the counter for pick-up). Breakfast was not in buffet (a nice plate of cheese/meat, but only 3 rolls of bread, no fruit, no juice, no yogurt, ...). You can ask for eggs ... but it is a not really what one expects these days from a breakfast. Be aware that on Monday/tuesday the resto/bar is closed ... and there is really not a lot in town for a drink or dinner.

Modern recently-renovated property in central location

Our stay was spoilt by the stench from the drains in the bathroom in room 12. The hotel‘s excuse was the dry weather. Not good enough in my opinion in a modern hotel. The breakfast was included in the price we paid for the room, but certain basics such as orange juice and breakfast cereals were charged extra. We thought this was very mean-spirited.

The lady is super friendly for all her guests and does a great job making you feel welcome. Great little town, although I only arrived at night it has a lovely atmosphere. Great coffee at brekkie

The walls are very thin. I could understand each word my neighbours said.

Bâtiment très bien situé, chambre confortable, stationnement possible d'un véhicule dans courette intérieure. Accueil très sympathique. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

L'établissement ne semble pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
