Difficult to get my invoice

It has been always an issue to have a proper invoice on time! When I was there, they made a wrong invoice and told me they couldn’t correct it at the moment and will send me the right one in 1 or 2 days. But till now, 1 week almost past, I don’t get the right invoice. It has been blocking me to get paid from my company!

Great location, just next to the highway, which is great for a sleepover

Nice Hotel now we know where it is!!

Hotel was very clean and the bedroom was large with a bed comfortable. Nice bathroom and large shower. Didn't eat in the restaurant but had a few drinks at the bar. Nice outside seating area but view was trucks & buildings. Plenty of grass areas for walking the dogs. Young lad who served at the bar and on reception was very nice & helpful, he didnt speak much English but we got by with Google translator.

TomTom could not find the Hotel as there was confusion with the address. Hotel is in the middle of a Logistical Estate which we were not aware of. There was no kettle in the room for tea/coffee making, I emailed the hotel a few days before arrival to ask the question and received a reply a couple of days after our stay.

Good for overnight stay, but not as base for tourism

Effective easy-to-operate air conditioning (weather was very hot), very clean room and en-suite, good choice of breakfast

Not easy to find, on a big industrial estate so traffic noise day and night, my room was above bar terrace so voices heard (even with window shut) until 10.45 and from 06.30

Lovely staff but a strange place

Clean and nice staff

It was in an industrial area. Our sat nav couldn't find it. We worried if it was a safe area. The hotel was clean but the bar area was full of dirty glasses I think they were understaffed. On the bar there was a length of wood with nails sticking up to stop people leaning over, I've never seen anything like this!!

The staff is amazing, so cheerful and full of attention, ready to satisfy any of your needs. The bed were extremely comfortable and the food was exquisite (and I'm Italian!).

dinner good with attentive staff . Good access and parking

m'a reposé, j'en avait besoin pour la nuit

la chambre et le petit déjeuner, je m'attendais juste à un lit plus grand (large)

l'ensemble, l'escalier majestueux, le service du petit déjeuner, l'échange le soir avec la personne de l'accueil. il y avait aussi un étrange bruit de quelques seconde mais récurant je ne sais pas d'où il venait (je crois que le matin)
