We were there for a wedding, therefore we booked a room. However we would never return since the price quality rationis

The property is nice, quite big.

We came for a wedding that took place place at 4 PM, we received our room key only 10 minutes before the ceremony after asking multiple times. The staff at the reception was not helpful and did not seem to care at all. We waited in the lobby and we had to go ask over and over again, because they never checked if the room became available on their own. For the price we paid for the room (over 260 euros for the night) the service was unacceptable. Furthermore for breakfast there were no available tables. The place was completely full. Again the staff did not help, neither did they care. The trays of food were often empty and it took a long time for them to be exchanged.

Invigorating and peaceful

Very quiet, a lot of green field around, cosy and familiar.

I believe that this don't depend on hotel - internet access can be improved. It is close to French border, Vodafone doesn't work not for German network but also not for French network. WiFI Internet in hotel is quite poor.

Bed was comfortable

Restaurant! Table was reserved for 7.30pm for an 80th birthday meal and starter only arrived 50 minutes later. I had to ask for bread rather than have this provided given the long wait time. We were one of only 4 tables in the main restaurant but focus seemed to be on tables outside in the beer garden. My main meal was bland and my friends says theirs was just ok. Wine was good. The waitress came at 9.10pm (just 50 minutes after our main meal eventually arrived) and announced that the kitchen was already closed so we could not order dessert! Add to this the face that we were opposite stables and had to constantly swat lots of flies from crawling on our food. Such a disappointment for what was meant to be a special occasion

Very good

It was extremely quiet at night, with almost nobody else in the hotel. Christmas decorations in the lobby were a really nice addition to the overall ambience.

We only had a brown-bag breakfast due to the COVID-19 restrictions but the coffee was still fine.

Sauna, steam bath. Nice entry hall and the building looks nice.

Hot tub didn't work. We could hear mouses above the ceiling crawling, didn't sleep well with the noise. We told this to the reception, told us 'that's normal in an old building'. When you pay 121 euro per night, thats not okay. Looked like we weren't the first one who complaned, we heard the room next us hit the ceiling to scare the mouses away in the middle of the night.. The rooms in the main building are nice, but the building next to it is, except from the hallway, older. When we showered, the water flowed to the bedroom, so we had to put towels at the end of the shower. Breakfast was okay, but not great.

Super nettes Personal. Hundefreundlich, Wassertopf und Decke auf dem Zimmer.

Achtung! Abzocke bei E-Auto-Laden. Habe das Fahrzeug um 22.26 Uhr an der Wal-Box angeschlossen.Bei 11KW Ladeleistung war das Fahrzeug bis ca. ein Uhr nachts geladen. Da ich das E-Auto am Morgen gegen 9 Uhr von der Wal-Box abkoppelte, wurde mir berechnet: Startarif 0.30 €+42,3KWx0,54€=22.84€ +ladezeit 9:17 Stunden=27.87€ Das ergibt einen Gesamtbetrag für 42,3 KW Ladung 60,70 € Brutto. Bei diesen Preisen sollte man Gäste auf die Kosten beim Laden aufmerksam machen. Hätte gerne bei der Bewertung 10 Punkte vergeben. Werde bestimmt hier wieder übernachten und die Angelegenheit mit dem E-Tanken ansprechen.

Booking.com müsste uns eigentlich einen Teil des bezahlten Betrages zurückzahlen da es keine Halbpension gab.

Bei Booking.com konnte man nur Halbpension buchen. Im Hotel wurde uns mitgeteilt das das Restaurant geschlossen ist.

Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war groß und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Schönes Hotel in einem Hofkomplex.

Ich war nur eine Nacht da. Die Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein, aber da ich früh dort war gab es kein Problem.

Sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Stopover auf dem Weg nach Frankreich,man wäre gerne länger geblieben.

Sehr schön in der Natur gelegenes Landhotel, perfekt in diesem Stil eingerichtet und ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr freundliches und zugewandtes Personal.

Englisches Landhaus Ambiente im Saarland

Sehr schöner und toll gepflegter Gutshof, schöne Location mit Pferden, Jagdschule, Shop mit schöner Einrichtung im englischen Stil. Sehr geschmackvoll.

Die Unterbringung im Nebenhaus war schade, auch die sehr steile Treppe nach oben zu den Zimmern für Menschen mit Gangproblemen nicht so gut geeignet. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß und das Badezimmer leider sehr klein!

Idyllisch gelegen

Hatten wie immer ein Erdgeschoss-Zimmer im Gartenhaus, ideal mit Hund. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, freundliche Bedienung.

Es sollte Klimaanlage nachgerüstet werden, das Zimmer war sehr warm, Vorhänge nicht zugezogen, Terrassentür offen, bei über 30 Grad, als wir nachmittags ankamen. Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Restaurant bedarf der Verbesserung, haben 3 Tage vergeblich auf Rückruf gewartet, ob wir einen Tisch zum Abendessen haben oder nicht. Bei Ankunft war es dann plötzlich selbstverständlich, dass Hotelgäste einen Tisch haben 🤷‍♀️

Kamer zonder goede douche

Goed restaurant en heerlijk geslapen. Zeer vriendelijke receptioniste.

De standaard kamer had een schuin dak boven het bed. Voor 50 euro extra kregen we een grotere kamer. Er was een douche in het bad onder een laag schuin plafond zodat je niet eens kunt staan en de douche niet kunt ophangen. De 50 euro extra hoefden we niet te betalen.

Keine Möglichkeit im Restaurant zu speisen, da jeden Tag am Wochenende Hochzeit. Hausgäste hatten keinen Zugang zum Restaurant (wurden auswärts geschickt) Frühstück war schlecht vorbereitet (entweder war der Tisch nicht vorbereitet oder es war kein Besteck vorhanden) An diesem Wochenende jedenfalls eine Vollkatastrophe!
