Schönes Hotel und gut am See gelegen.
Leider hatte sie da waren, eine Baustelle zum See hinaus und im Garten.
Das gehört dazu, ist nicht weiter schlimm aber war schade.

Wir waren schon mehrfach Gäste im "Hochwälder Wohlfühlhotel" und haben uns immer wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie Palm und ihr Team sind einerseits sehr offen und kommunikativ und stets bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Obwohl das Anwesen im Bereich der hinter der Terrasse zur Zeit neu und auch attraktiver gestaltet wird, haben wir vom Baulärm nicht viel mitbekommen, da auch hier Rücksicht auf die Gäste genommen wurde (die Bauarbeiten fanden erst ab 10:00 Uhr statt und zogen sich bis etwa 16:00 Uhr hin). Fazit: Eine tolle Unterkunft mit charmanten Gastgebern und einem in jeder Hinsicht stark engagierten und motivierten Team.

Friendly front desk staff. Nice location at a lake. Rooms were ok.
I booked lake view, at extra costs and did not get that. I was on the groundfloor and the trees blocked the view almost entirely. Which was a pity, as the lake was nice.
The room was very very warm and did not cool down during the night, despite the open doors.
The restaurant was closed.
