Apartment "Love" near metro and center

The host was very responsive and helpful in communication. The instructions for finding the key were clear and well-prepared, supported by detailed and helpful photos, which made the check-in process smooth.

The neighborhood may feel a bit uncomfortable, especially at night. That said, I personally did not experience any serious issues—occasionally people asked for money, but they were not aggressive. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a main door leading to a small corridor with two apartments. The lock on the main door was quite difficult to open from the inside, which could be frustrating at times—it sometimes took me up to two minutes to unlock it. I mentioned this twice during my stay, but unfortunately it was not resolved. The door also makes a loud scraping noise against the floor when opening, which was noticeable early in the morning when neighbors were leaving. The bathroom window cannot be opened, which may lead to some ventilation issues and occasional odors. The sink was somewhat clogged, and there were early signs of mold developing above the shower and on the wood around the sink. The internet connection was quite slow, which might be limiting for anyone needing a stable connection for work.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay in this apartment. It was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed, including towels, kitchen essentials, a hairdryer, and even an iron. The apartment also has a small balcony, and a neighbor’s cat would sometimes come to visit, which was a lovely touch ☺️ The neighborhood is quiet, and the building feels safe and secure. The host was very pleasant and helpful. There was a small inconvenience as I forgot to share the lockbox code with my husband, so he had to leave the key with a neighbor. Overall, we are very satisfied. The apartment is small but very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. We felt safe during our stay, even though it is located in the Omonia area.
