For the value, you couldn’t fault - good location that felt safe both during the day and at night. Approximately 12-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (10 minute train ride into the centre) or a two minute walk to the local bus stop that will take you into where all the great restaurants and bars are!
Supermarket is next door which is convenient and well priced. A range of local taverns around the areas as well.
Spacious bedrooms and living room with safe balcony.
Main point for improvement would be to install air conditioning in the whole apartment, not just in the main bedroom although the main bedroom air conditioning worked like a charm in the hot summer.
Small details could be improved such as the toilet seat, shower head, and overall functioning appliances and furniture. But again, for the cost and authentic Athens experience, these are easily overlooked.
