Gray location close to my workplace . Nice and clean apartment
Bed squeaky , I had to sleep on the couch in the living room most of the time . For the first 2 night the heating didn’t work but the host was very helpful and eventually got this sorted

The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro, making it convenient to get around. The neighborhood offered a variety of amenities, including small local grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bakery, and several non-touristic spots to enjoy a meal — all within walking distance. Additionally, the area offered the convenience of delivery services for nearly anything you might need, such as breakfast, coffee, or lunch, delivered right to the apartment. However, it’s worth noting that there was no way to remotely open the front door from the apartment, which could be inconvenient at times.
The building appeared to be poorly maintained, with the elevator in particular showing a lack of proper upkeep. This made using it quite uncomfortable, especially considering the apartment is located on the 5th floor.
In the bedroom, there was no nightstand, and the room's narrow width made getting into bed a challenge. The additional bed for the third person was a sofa, which was far from comfortable.
The TV was non-functional; the remote didn’t even have batteries. After purchasing our own batteries, we discovered that the TV wasn’t connected at all.
The apartment’s only heating source was the air conditioning unit, which was insufficient to keep the space warm. This was especially problematic on our first night, as we arrived late to find the house uncomfortably cold. No extra blankets were provided, leaving us to struggle through a very chilly night.
