Το κατάλυμα ήταν απλώς τέλειο! Από τη στιγμή που μπήκαμε στο χώρο νιώσαμε μια απίστευτη ζεστασιά και άνεση. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, υπέροχα διακοσμημένο και είχε όλες τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά — πραγματικά φαινόταν πως οι οικοδεσπότες νοιάζονται!
Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για να εξερευνήσουμε την περιοχή της Αθήνας καθώς βρίσκεται μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό του μετρό. Το μπαλκόνι ήταν το αγαπημένο μας σημείο, όπου κάθε πρωί πίναμε καφέ με ησυχία.
Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί καθώς ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σχετικά με την διαμονή μας και να μας κάνουν προτάσεις για τα must της περιοχής.
Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να ζητήσουμε κάτι καλύτερο. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε! ❤️

Die Lage ist sehr gut:
-Bahnhaltestelle, Kirche & Supermärkte in der Nähe.
-Gepflegtes schönes Haus/Gebäude mit Aufzug & Spiegel im Eingangsbereich.
Gegend könnte etwas Sanierung gebrauchen (das "alte" hat aber auch sein vibe)
-Badezimmer Schlüssel wäre gut
-Anleitung für Warmes Wasser
-Besseres Internet/NetzVerbindung wäre gut
-Apartment besser check-in bereit machen

Nice enough apartment for the price. Bathroom was modern and good. Well located for metro to city centre. Comfortable sitting area and separate dining area. Kitchen well equipped with plates/glasses etc. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. Lovely fruit and vegetable market downstairs on the Thursday morning.
fridge didn't work very well it seemed, though freezer worked fine. little bit dusty under/around beds. balcony unusable because of water on it at all times (i assume from AC).
