Cleanliness, position, easy communication with owner
No wardrobe. Little bit cold. Not big deal

Easy, independent check-in. Clean room.
AC was a bit noisy

Relativ aproape de centru, multe taverne in jur. Apa calda la orice ora, internet bun, aer conditionat, frigider si TV pe care nu le-am folosit, dar exista.
Baia foarte mica, camera mica, patul mic pentru doi adulti, cred ca se preta mai bine pentru o persoana.

The location was reasonably good, about 850m from Gazi (not 'right next to it' as I had assumed). I couldn't find any public transport that stops closer to the property. If you arrive by car, it is relatively easy to find a parking spot; however, the neighborhood doesn't feel particularly safe
The apartment building and the flat itself are in poor condition and urgently need at least a minor renovation. I understand that this is why the price is low, but certain issues—such as cleanliness, broken nightstands and light fixtures, and all the plumbing—are simply unacceptable regardless of the price.
