La ubicación sin duda
Apesar de tener buenas ventanas contra el ruido aún así se podía escuchar los carros el apartamento está en una vía principal pero bueno con unos earplugs se soluciona. Otra cosa es que la ducha se vuelve un pozo cuando te bañas se debería mejorar eso y que el vía corra tranquilamente.

The space is beautifully renovated and has a lot of potential. The location is also fantastic—right next to the metro station, which made getting around incredibly easy.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was severely disappointing, primarily due to the shocking lack of cleanliness and basic hospitality. The communication was cold and automated. When I asked about a briki for Greek coffee, the host simply replied "yes" with no other pleasantries. The briki was covered in dust and looked like it had been thrown into the room. This lack of care was a recurring theme. There were long hairs everywhere—from the room to the bathroom—and a very old welcome mat at the entrance that seemed like it had never been cleaned. The kitchen had jars of sugar and coffee with old, dirty residue in them, and a fruit bowl with some old napkins. The windows and balcony were also covered in dust. I truly believe the hosts need to hire someone to properly clean this apartment.
While the street was a bit noisy, the well-insulated windows blocked most of the sound, so it wasn't a big issue for me.
