Javad, the owner welcomed us very lovely and was very interested and helpful!
We had the smallest and cheapest room which was absolutely enough for our needs and quite cosy. Javad even gave us a bottle of wine and some recommendations.
you can't properly sit on the toilet as the door is too close to the toilet itself. But thats just a random fact if you really want to know something not good in that stay.

There was a good internet connexion
There were no proper doors in the bathroom and no locks.
There was no kitchen.
There was no sound isolation between rooms.
The ground floor of the house is in total renovation which makes noise and dust.
The courtyard is not as neat as the pictures shows.
Regarding all of it the price is still too expensive even if its low.
