Beautiful location and room

Balzi Rossi was a lovely surprise. The location and room were outstanding. We had a location on the ground floor, without a private balcony but a shared terrace through a separate entrance. The train station is a 20 min walk and we discovered many more places at the Côte d’Azur, or walk at the coast line for hidden gems.

We loved our stay at Balzi Rossi and highly recommend this apartment if you want a special holiday at the Italian Rivier

Vera’s Studio apartment is very nice! It has the best air conditioning, comfortable bed, great shower, beautiful bathroom (with storage) and access to the most amazing beach!

Balzi Rossi apartment is a long walk to the main part of town where you would find restaurants. There was a bus and taxi, of course.

Exceeded all expectations - wonderful holiday

We spent 6 nights at Balzi Rossi and absolutely loved it. Vera is very friendly and helpful. She offers a lot of evening programs right on the private beach very close to the apartment. Many sights, restaurants and beaches can be reached by foot. The apartment is very well equipped, also with technical possibilities and has a very modern bathroom and kitchen. We had a wonderful experience with this apartement and would 100% come back anytime. Thank you Vera!

Exceptional

Everything was great: the position, the rooftop, the Studio itself - great style, comfort and perfecly clean, the welcoming, the check-in/check-out procedure. Mrs. Vera is amazing, and gave us good suggestions about the spots we couldn't miss in the premises - Saint-Jean-de-Cap-Ferrat, Ventimiglia's new port, Bordighera's promenade, Hanbury's Botanical Garden - and amazing recommendations for restaurants. I would definitely suggest Una Terrazza Sul Mare to all of my friends.

L’appartement est très bien et joliment rénové avec goût. Il est a proximité d’une plage privée très agréable. Nous y avons passé la journée et la soirée car ils font aussi la restauration, le personnel est très agréable 🙂

Schöne Umgebung, man ist in Italien und Frankreich

Der Empfang von Vera war unkompliziert und freundlich. Sie hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Leider haben wir erst nach der Buchung gesehen, dass unser Zimmer ohne Balkon ist. Es war im Erdgeschoss mit einem Fenster, das bodeneben ist. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gut gelungen. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. In Küche und Bad hat es alles, was man braucht. Was ich vermisst habe ist ein Wäscheständer. Das Bad ist top, schön gross, mit Fenster zum öffnen. Das Bett schön gross und die Matrazen tiptop. Der Gratis Parkplatz unter den Bäumen haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die grosse Dachterasse haben wir an einem Abend genutzt. Tolle Aussicht. Ventimiglia (I) und Menton (F) sind schön und einen Besuch wert.

Zimmer ohne Balkon und Ausblick hat uns weniger gefallen. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Preis für die Liegen am Strand von Balzi Rossi. Der Strand und die Bucht sind wunderschön, doch 70.00 Euro / Person und Tag war uns zu teuer. Auch das Angebot im Restaurant am Strand war für uns überteuert. Schade. So sind wir mit dem Auto an schöne Strände in der Umgebung gefahren. Das war nicht wirklich das, was wir in dieser 1 Woche Ferien wollten - täglich per Auto unterwegs sein. Dieser hohe Preis passt für externe Besucher. Für Hotelgäste finde ich ihn zu hoch.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni in questa meravigliosa struttura e non possiamo che parlarne benissimo. Ciò che ha reso davvero unica la nostra esperienza è stata l'accoglienza di Vera. Fin dal primo momento ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti, con una gentilezza e disponibilità rare da trovare. Un soggiorno che consigliamo con entusiasmo e che speriamo di poter ripetere presto!
