The apartment was lovely, we had everything we needed and the air conditioning made it very comfortable during heatwave. It is very close to the train station. The bus also stops at the bottom of the road to take you to Menton old town or even through to Italy or it's a lovely stroll along the harbour to the beach. There is also a really nice coffee and brunch spot called Eunoia and an amazing pizza place called pizza e basta where we bought pizzas and took them out to the roof terrace to watch the sunset. There is also a few bars at the harbour. We didn't use the spa area or games room at the apartment but it looked really clean and everything was in good condition. We would definitely come back.
The hill from the train station to the apartment is a bit of a climb so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues unless taking a car or Uber.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.
It would have been good to have a towel change and mid-week clean, seems how we were staying for 5 nights. It is quite a walk from Menton town (which we knew!) but just wanted to flag to others before booking that it would be better to have your own car.

Modern, comfortable, clean with a gorgeous heated jacuzzi pool and gym as well as roof terrace. 3mins walk from Menton Guaravan station. Quiet area.
About 30mins to town but we didn’t mind, good exercise by the waterfront

Location was a little far out of the town but close to the train station
