Hidden gem in the Mentonaises hills

Great location for train station and seafront. Nice facilities but could do with some maintenance. Very clean.

Sofa in lounge needs replacing, not at all comfortable and not big enough. Dishwasher was falling out of the kitchen units, needs securing, shower leaking at bottom of shower screen, bathroom mirror light not working. Generally just needs a little maintenance and would then be 10/10

Stunning

Beautiful new apartments and facilities. This hotel is fully self check in, so with the codes you can check in any time, let yourself in to the car park, the rooms and the spa. There was a games room and gym and the roof top area was gorgeous! Great choice for the price. There is a steep stairwell to access the roof top so would be difficult to access for anyone with mobility issues. Menton is hilly and this area has steep streets so get yourself an Uber or Taxi for arrival, or if you have a car there is parking on site. Otherwise once you're there, its not a difficult walk into Menton, we did it a few times, there are some lovely restaurants a short walk from the hotel, or walk a bit futher to Menton Beach. We stayed in a sea view apartment, plenty of space, everything brand new and spotless. Visit the supermarket nearby and stock up on food for.your stay, full kitchen facilities were there.

There was coffee available and a few kitchen basics, like sugar, oil, salt n pepper in our room for cooking. But no tea bags or milk which would have been nice to have a cuppa on arrival. Hardly a complaint though... such a beautiful spot and great value for money! Loved Menton.

Host was really helpful both before check in & throughout the stay. Apartment was clean, well appointed & in quiet & relaxing area & other guests were very quiet & so a very relaxing stay

Nothing everything was really good. If I was being really picky the TVs in the bedrooms wouldn’t connect to the WiFi but we didn’t come on holiday to watch TV so it was fine for us!

Overall clean and comfortable place.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Were able to check in early. Fun game room and nice rooftop area. Quick communication.

Didn’t have paper towel or kitchen towel. Had a check list and guests are told to let them know within an hour if something is missing. I just don’t feel appropriate- I’m not going to spend my vacation looking over stuff to see if something is missing. I feel like that is for staff to do. List of items to do before checkout. (Do dishes, etc) No laundry detergent provided. Luckily sweet neighbor had brought her own pods because she didn’t have any in her room either and was leaving so gave hers to us.

The roof deck was amazing, beautiful views of the villa nearby & sea as well as views of Menton village. We brought our dinner up there each evening to enjoy.

The apartment was beautiful perfect for us as a family. Had the bonus of a spa and small gym that could be used very easily there was also a games room which was great for kids. Our tyre blew on our camper van and the cleaner who worked there went above and behind to help us which we will be forever grateful and would not accept a tip. Just really happy with the service

Super nice and modern appartment. If the roof pool had taken more than 1 person then it would have been absolutly perfect.

The AC system was little too weak and it was impossible to get good cold air to the sleeping rooms.

A gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location!

The room was perfect; clean, lovely decor and it had everything that we needed. The indoor jacuzzi pool was lovely and very relaxing. The rooftop was beautiful, lovely views and very peaceful. Great location; walking distance to Menton and the beach. 2 minute walk to the train station.

Lovely apartment a short walk into the centre

Very nice modern, clean, comfortable apartment. The roof/solarium is huge and really nicely done - we had it all to ourselves each time we went up (in late September).

Beware that "apartment with balcony" means "apartment with tiny table and chairs on the shared walkway outside your apartment door"! But the facilities on the roof did make up for that.

Fantastic stay in Menton - would rent here again!

The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfect for our 4 nights in Menton. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated with a lovely rooftop deck and private patio area for our apartment. The facilities are absolutely beautiful overall, and the rooftop deck has a gorgeous view overlooking Menton. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from Old Menton, so it's a bit tucked away from the tourist areas, which meant it was very quiet and lovely. We enjoyed the walk every day. We also rented a car, and free parking was readily available near the apartment. People have written other reviews saying that it's hard to drive up to the facility, but we thought it was very easy with an automatic transmission car. It is a little tight, but definitely doable with no challenges.

The only downside of this place is that the internet did not work for us in our apartment. We all had data on our phones, so it was okay for our visit, but if you plan to stay longer or need strong internet, you may need to coordinate with the owners to ensure the internet was up and running.

It’s a nice place to stay for relaxation. You can cook by yourself and enjoy the beach.

The room is so nice and you can find even find the cutlery. Although there is no staff around, I left the messy via booking and the owner replied quite fast.

It’s a little bit far from nearby restaurants. I actually wanted to storage my baggage on the day I left. But since there is no staff around, I thought it might not be a good idea.
