Very comfortable and modern furniture. Everything you need is in the apartment. Air conditioner, which is vital for survive in the August heat. Modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully packed with refrigerator with cold tap water, washing machine, coffee machine and the basic utensils, cups and plates. It is perfect for people with cars because the villa is on the top of the hill and the walking is very hard in the heat or if you're with moving problems. The villa has everything to spend your time good with friends, especially the roof top.

The villa is more further than we expected. And if you don't have a car, it's a problem to climb the hill every time you want to go to the apartment. This is not mentioned in the description, but for us this was a problem. There's a problem with ants in the room. We have colonies of ants between the room and the bathroom. I don't know what's the reason but it's a problem. When we alarmed the host, they reacted quickly and gave us a spray for insects but the bad feeling stay with us.

Great sun deck on top level for relaxing. Nice table football and exercise facilities. Room was comfortable and clean. Location close to Menton Garavan station was very helpful too.
