Beautiful independent house on the heights of the port of Garavan with exotic garden and an exceptional sea view from Italy to Monaco.
Sun from morning to evening.
House: Facing south, not overlooked. 3 double bedrooms (queen size beds), 3 bathrooms, 1 separate WC, modern fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, espresso machine), washing machine, hairdryer . Master bedroom with large semi covered private terrace, sea view, air conditioning. Large covered open plan kitchen terrace, sea terrace.
Internet access (low speed).
Swimming pool: Solarium terrace, swimming pool (2x5) secured by certified alarm system, sun loungers, Fermob lounge area, and gas barbecue, BOSE outdoor sound system.
The entire property has night lighting.
Direct access to the property by car, with private parking at the foot of the driveway.

We enjoyed a great week at the house located high up the mountain side with a breath taking view of the ocean and the sea. Family of four - two kids aged 8 and 10 years old.The layout of the house is nice with an open kitchen and living room which gave a feel of stepping out into the great ambience of Menton. The pool might not be the biggest, however the pool area makes up for it and it’s worthwhile noticing that the pool isn’t too deep which makes it great for kids. Some reviews says the noise from the highway can be heard which is true but not something that bothered us during our stay. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Menton.

We couldn't be happier about the villa. The view is simply breathtaking. A perfect place to stay in all respects. The villa is, however, not easily accessible, as the GPS will direct you to the wrong place (at least ours did). Once we got an alternative address from the property manager Arnaud, everything worked out fine. We will absolutely come back!!!

Al fresco was the best experience ever. Endless views and you are one with nature. We were able to walk down to town to the supermarket and Boulangerie. The Maison Du citron was within walking distance and so was the Sir Hanbury Botanical garden in Italy. Arnaud , the property was very nice and available when needed. We will definitely return and we recommend this villa.

Best view in the world!

This is a wonderful place with huge charm and all the comforts, well arranged so that you're facing the view all the time and everywhere. Menton-Garavan local station is a 20 minute scramble straight down the cliff and from there you can go anywhere on the French & Italian rivieras. Great hiking and exercise all around you ... but if you have any mobility problem it's not for you. We came away fantastically healthy and fit!

This is a good place. Very nice view over the ses from inside and especially from the two main terraces. Very Nice outdoor spaces and furniture. Nice little pool But is does the job to cool you off. The pebers are restoring and old mill and therefor the place isn’t finiced as there are som materials and machines visable. But don’t worry about that. Otherwise the House is Well furnished inside and Well equiped kitchen and barbecue at the main terrace. Er would certainly Go back to this wonderfull place

This property has an absolutely stunning view of the city, cliffs and the ocean. There are also plenty of spaces where you can really enjoy the view while having dinner, chilling in the pool, reading in the terrace or discovering one of the many small but well-placed tables. All of this is above and beyond, really. The house itself has a curious layout. Odd, but there is nothing bad to say about that. The kitchen opens directly to the outdoors (no solid walls) but that was not a problem for us given the great weather. It rather contributes to the ambience instead. There was one major drawback however. This house is advertised as having two bedrooms. In reality however there is one proper bedroom with a good bed, A/C etc. The other bedroom is an office(?) which has a convertible sofa in it, and it lacks A/C. This was a major drawback for us as the room both ended up incredibly hot and the "bed" very uncomfortable. We even went to the lengths to switch bedrooms (we were two couples) halfway through the week as one of them was simply so underwhelming. So all in all it's a lovely house with great views. But there is really only one proper bedroom, and we found it very misleading that it was said to have two. Especially given the high price point.

This beautiful, quirky, bespoke viila has Amazing charm ! I can't praise it enough for it's location & Views that take your breathe away & gives you the complete feel of escapisium. Everything has been thought of which made our stay comfortable & the villa has a wonderful feel to it. Modern mixed with old to complete it's character. The town of Menton is very excessible via car & has everything you need from beaches to shops & restaurants. If your feeling Super fit you could walk down .... All uphill coming back ! ( be prepared to sweat & your thigh muscles to burn lol ) The train station is also very close so we went into Monaco & Italy for the day or you can drive. The pool is an added luxury & shaded slightly by the trees which helped cool us down from the Mediterranean sun. This is probabltv one of my best finds as villas go ... A complete treasure I'd love to keep to myself but so wonderful that our experience must be shared. Our upmost Thanks to Clement who made sure we had everything we needed & the bottle of prosecco that was presented on our arrival. A very kind gesture & wonderful touch to welcome us. Comme le dit l'annonce : "Villa de caractère avec magnifiques vues mer, piscine privée et jardin exotique". Je rajouterai que l'accueil est très professionnel et sympathique. La villa et son beau jardin, bien entretenu, sont très agréables et la vue vraiment époustouflante. La maison est très confortable et atypique, nombreuses terrasses et recoins, des plantes exotiques partout. La décoration est soignée et moderne. La place de parking en bas de la villa est appréciable car la montée est très raide. Le seul hic le bruit de fond ambiant extérieur des très nombreux transports alentours (autoroute, routes, train, hélicoptères, etc.), mais nous sommes en ville et Menton est encaissée entre mer et montagne. La ville de Menton, la vue de la Villa et la région valent bien le séjour.

Semaine TRES agréable dans une villa typiquement mentonnaise avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la ville qu’on gardera en mémoire. Nous dormions rideaux ouverts pour ne rien perdre de la vue. Piscine juste ce qu’il faut… Proximité avec l’Italie. Par contre, l’accès à la villa est un peu stressant car abrupte mais pour une telle vue, passage obligé. La place de parking n’est pas très pratique non plus mais après une semaine, on s’y fait. En plus le voisin est sympa. Toutefois qq tout petits points négatifs (vite oubliés), manque des transats à plat, j’ai du mettre ma serviette par terre, garde corps un peu bas et les moustiques 😩. L’accueil par Arnaud, génial. En résumé, une semaine dans un endroit exceptionnel avec un temps exceptionnel. Nous nous souviendrons de ces vacances.

Très beau potentiel, propriété originale, vue extraordinaire, jardins et terrasses magnifiques, mais .... un sentiment jamais vécu encore, d'être chez quelqu'un. Des affaires personnelles laissées partout dans la maison, jusqu'au frigo pas totalement vidé !!!!! une cuisine avec un potentiel très intéressant, mais á la propreté limite... le four est tout simplement TRES SALE , le plan de travail collait à l'arrivée. Pour ětre nous même loueur d'un gîte 4 erloies en meublé de tourisme en Bretagne, nous avons un autre sens de la location. C'est vraiment dommage car c'est un très beau produit, mais au vu du prix payé, la vue n'excuse pas tous. Il faut juste se ressaisir.

What a special atmosphere at this great place with a fantastic view over the sea and Menton. We really enjoyed our stay at this special house. Especially the terraces at the kitchen, bedroom and poolside are outstanding. It's not an ordinary house but an house with a heart. The path to the house is a little steep, (you can park just 40 meters down the house) but the result is a panorama view....We loved it! It's perfect for those who are looking for something different.

Pluspunten: Fenomenaal uitzicht over de baai van Menton!!! M.n. één terras is de hele dag heerlijk koel. Goed geoutilleerde keuken met koelkast die koud gefilterd water en ijsblokjes levert. Goede bedden en goede badkamers. Één kamer met airconditioning. Gezellig ingerichte kamers, goede verlichting, twee tv's, muziekinstallatie Goede ligbedden bij het zwembadje. Rustige ligging. Minpunten: Toegang tot de woning is heel erg steil, met de auto kan je niet omkeren, maar moet je achteruit terug. Één terras en de keuken zijn erg heet, geen schaduw. De tweede slaapkamer heeft geen airconditioning. Niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen en ouderen vanwege de vele open trappen. Achtergrond geluid van achterliggende snelweg (niet heel storend). Conclusie: we hebben het als een uitstekend vakantiehuis ervaren!

Together with my wife we spent a lovely week here in Menton and we can recommend this place which has a perfect view over the bay at Menton. The ground floor has been recently remodeled with new bathroom, kitchen, living area and a terrace with a great view from the hill over the whole bay at Menton. There is also a second bigger terrace which is located next to a nice pool. The bed in the upper floor master bedroom was very comfortable and there is also a second bath room right next to the bedroom. We can recommend this place without reservations e. g. for a couple with up to two teenage kids or two up to four grown ups. Based on the location on a steep hill it might be difficult for elderly people or small children. Next time we are in Menton we will definitively stay again at this lovely place.
