Appartamento comodo, vista mare, molto pulito. Dotato di Parcheggio privato. Posizione vicino stazione Mentone Garavan, utile per spostamenti nei paesi vicini senza usare auto. Nell’appartamento ho apprezzato molto anche i kit cortesia in bagno e in cucina. Molti asciugamani a disposizione degli ospiti.

Les équipements électroménagers étaient de toute dernière technologie (four micro ondes, plaque de cuisson, hotte, four, machine à café, bouilloire)
L’ensemble nécessaire vaisselle est très complet pour 4 personnes (petites tasses, mugs, bols, verres, différentes assiettes…) c’était parfait !
Notre hôte Marvin nous a très bien accueillis, merci.
Le concierge était très courtois, le hall d’entrée est très propre, la résidence très bien entretenue…

Bel appartement très bien équipé. Jolie vue sur le port. Parking souterrain. Un supermarché U Express à environ 500 m à pied. Le centre de la vieille ville de Menton en 15 mn à pied. Et le plus, la gare de Menton Garavan juste derrière l’immeuble qui vous emmène à Nice, Monaco, Vintimille…. Ça nous a permis de visiter tous les environs.
Il faudrait une explication pour savoir quel ascenseur de quel bâtiment, nous emmène vers la gare juste derrière et vers le parking. On était un peu perdu parfois. Mais le concierge nous a aidé.

Great balcony with fantastic harbour & sea views. Parking which is a must have in Menton. Recently renovated to a good standard. Just a 15 minute stroll into the Old Town. Very comfortable & spacious apartment.
We visited in February & the heating took a few days to get to a comfortable temperature.
No locks on the balcony doors.
