Right by the wall. Had a kitchen. Nice and cool in this heatwave but could imagine it would be cold in winter. Suited us for the location
Couldn't have a bath as only got about an inch of hot water before it was cold.
Needs a good dust of ceiling and windows are rotting. Car park space is very tight.

Great location 2minutes walk to York city walls
Compact but fully equipped
On site parking with dedicated space. Accessible area with code for rubbish and recycling and garden.
Compactness meant the double bed is in the living area (as in photos). Duvet was very heavy for summer and pillows contain feathers.

Perfect close to all the historic locations and the train station,also lovely and quiet
Access to the garden gate was changed, however we weren't advised

Location convenient. Apartment quite cosy, and the Christmas lights were a nice touch.
A lot of cobwebs (bathroom and living room). Living room carpet was not very clean. Not enough hot water for a bath (I tried at a few different times on different days). Shower very weedy, and the shower head drooped straight away - no way to tighten it.
