Location was perfect with a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The house had everything we needed and the treats were a very welcome bonus after our morning of travelling.

The sofas and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the welcome pack - milk for tea was appreciated. It was an easy walk into York.
The door to the twin bedroom was very difficult to open/shut due to a lovely fluffy carpet. Could do with the bottom shaving off to make it easier.
