As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a bright & airy property.
The bedroom has been beautifully designed with large fitted wardrobes and an elegant dressing table.
The king-size bed is made up of hotel quality linen and can be set up as a twin on request.
32” Smart TV mounted between two windows, dressed with privacy and blackout blinds to ensure a quality night's sleep.
The bathroom has been newly renovated, with a shower over the bath, and we provide luxury, white towels and fragrant hand and body wash to use during your stay.
The kitchen has also been renovated and is superbly equipped for cooking, baking and everything you need for your self-catering stay.
Moving into the open plan living - diner, the walls are adorned with artwork from a local artist - Elliot Harrison. Capturing some of what York has to offer.
There’s a large and comfortable corner sofa and 50” Smart TV, to enjoy and relax after a busy day of sightseeing around York.

Very clean and well equipped property in a location within easy walking distance of the Minster. The dedicated parking space was very useful. Daisy and her colleagues at Violet Homes responded quickly and helpfully to questions.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home experience. Location could not be better, less than a 10 minute walk takes you to within the city walls with many shops bars and restaurants to choose from. We walked everywhere , no need for a car at all if you're staying in the centre. We visited the railway museum, Clifford's tower, the Castle museum and walked the walls during our 2 day stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. Highly recommended is Cut and Craft for a flat iron steak, and we treated ourselves to a very fancy breakfast at Betty's tea rooms. You can't beat York for a city with plenty to do and see, and if you stay at this apartment too, you'll be onto a winner.

A beautiful, stylish, comfortable, bright apartment with fantastic, modern facilities and unbelievably well stocked.
The bedroom is comfortable and we really appreciated the fan. I enjoyed reading in there with the oil diffuser on. The blackout blinds were also much appreciated.
The location is perfect.
Only deducted a point because the bath area would benefit from a deep clean (only noticed because i had a bath) and a couple of stains on carpet.
We would love to come again.

We had a lovely time, we were in York for a long weekend. The apartment was super clean, well organised with a few small touches that were lovely! Everything is super modern and well maintained. Perfect location, just a stones throw from the city centre, perfect for a couple!
