Lovely location, huge garden. Plenty of parking. There was even an extra single bed that isn't in the photos. Plenty of good walks nearby. LLangollen has a lovely park and an Aldi for bargain grocery shopping. The bus can be taken to Barmouth for a day at the beach. (£7 return for adults, £1 single for children aged 5-15.) The other direction takes you to Wrexham.

Some of the beds were not comfortable. There is no clothes line for drying washing, however, an airer was soon supplied when I mentioned this. The doors were annoyingly heavy and loud if they slammed shut. The fridges need new shelves in the doors.
