Location next to the canal was beautiful.
Plenty of parking for what we needed.
Size of property and enough seating for all the guests
The dining room was a little cramped as we had all of the guests eating together a large round table may have bbeen a better fit.

Location and style of decor and furniture.
Minor details kitchen equipment missing basics such as scissors and no dishwasher tablets when it has not been made clear that a dishwasher was in the kitchen. A couple to start us off would have been welcome. Other wise a great place.
