Spacious 5BR Home w/Game Room

Excellent check-in process, huge property, good pool table and comfy living room for socialising, most beds were comfortable too. Central heating was great once you figured out how to use it and very efficient. You are right in the centre of Ruthin so everything is literally on your doorstep.

It is a period property so no double glazing, therefore noisy at night as you are right on the high street, also noisy dogs nearby. Bring earplugs. Could do with a bit of updating

A really unusual and period cottage in Ruthin, right in the centre of where you need to be, the cottage has everything you need to be at home and gives off a warm welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home with plenty of room to relax and absorb the atmosphere. you can feel the history in the cottage as well as see it. Ruthin is full of things to see and explore and so too is Denbeigh, just down the road

As the Host warns you the driveway is very much a cart way!!!!! only fit for smaller vehicles, but there is a car park just a few minutes walk away for only £4.00 per day that compensates, just past Ruthin Goal.

Beautiful, very old coaching inn converted into a large house. The property is central to Ruthin and the town is full of history. The house is on 4 /5 floors with wide, easy access stairs to everywhere except the attic which has been made into a chill out/kids playroom and the cellar bedroom. Despite the size of the house it is warm and cosy. It could really do with another full bathroom, there’s 3 toilets, 1 with a small shower, another bathroom in the cellar which was too cold to shower or bath in and 1 more full bathroom on the 3rd floor which we all ended up using as it was the largest and warmest. The house is tastefully decorated and welcoming, comfortable beds and sofas. Well equipped kitchen with a large electric arger style cooker. Lots of large, social areas including a huge dining table. We will be booking again . We had a couple of small issues which Noki stays dealt with quickly and reassuringly, they kept in regular contact to ask if everything was okay and did we need anything, very impressed with the service we received.

Parking is around the back of the property and it is very narrow access. We ended up having to pay for parking for one of our vehicles because one of the neighbours was using one of the spaces (we didn’t realise that they shouldn’t have been there until speaking to another neighbour, also we didn’t know who’s car it was). They moved it on the second night but we had payed for private parking elsewhere by this point. The same neighbours are very noisy and they have 2 dogs in an outside kennel which bark a lot . Could do with another full bathroom.

The house is very tired. The kitchen could have been cleaner. Somebody might want to look down the side of the fridge
