Mentions parking but there was no way my car was going to get through the access to the carpark rear of the property.

Fantastic location in the centre of Ruthin meant we could walk to the Craft Market and fab Sunday lunch at Ruthin Castle Tafern. Lots of space to lounge. The pool table was the biggest hit.
It’s old with gorgeous character but very tired. It could be amazing with a handy person to do maintenance for a week. The kitchen needs a deep clean. The outdoor space needs a good sweep tidy and a lick of paint. The tap in the bathroom by the kitchen makes a terrible sound. There was no table tennis table as it had been broken by previous guests.

The house is very tired. The kitchen could have been cleaner. Somebody might want to look down the side of the fridge
