Overall the food was really expensive and the kitchen they used was dirty the lunch room was dirty as well.

The room was so far from our expectations of what's acceptable, that my parents in law left after a few hours. The room was dirty, the shower broken, the outdoor furniture a joke. The private beach is a mud flat compared to other nearby properties with grass. The welcome was rude and unfriendly. The owner initially accepted all fault, but then reneged on this and kept his 50% deposit. He was quite abusive towards us for leaving the property as we did (used the shower). We admit this was not ideal, but the standard and treatment by the host justified the outcome. If I could upload more than 4 photos there is more damage. Finally they wanted €10 per day for air conditioning. This we could not see at the time of booking or after.

Utterly dreadful experience: do not book here!

All appalling: nothing could make up for the way the proprietor treated us. We booked this for the river location (though the setting is also remote and inconvenient) but we were treated so shockingly that even if it had been the most beautiful place in the world it could never have been worth such a frightful experience. And the accommodation itself was of a poor quality and very overpriced and difficult and expensive to reach.

This was the worst travel experience I've ever had (in a lifetime of travel, including travel journalism). I booked two days beforehand, so was asked to bring cash. I sent messages from the airport when we were delayed as all our luggage had been lost by the airline, including all my money. The proprietor's daughter seemed sympathetic... but once we arrived accused us of lying to con them. I offered to pay by bank transfer but she said they couldn't trust us, and confiscated our passports. When she also refused us any food or refreshment though we'd had nothing to eat all day (and had travelled all night) I very politely said we would leave and join family instead. She refused to return our passports, saying her (absent) father insisted we owed for the night. (With no means of paying!) I said we had used nothing and cost them nothing but the price of one small coffee, which my daughter could pay for as she had some cash. She agreed that they had lost no bookings because of us but claimed they would owe to booking.com, so I repeatedly offered to pay their commission. The proprietor then threatened us, saying he "had friends in the police". He held our passports illegally for five hours, while denying to our Serbian friends (who rang several times to help, as he said he would only believe a Serb) that he had our passports, and claimed we were free to leave. They detained us till nighttime against our will, until a friend could take an hour's detour by taxi to pay for accommodation we didn't use... but still wouldn't let us leave until the proprietor arrived, hours later, to take the money himself rather than trust his daughter.

Unfortunately, I had to skip the breakfast because I have an arranged meeting and I was in a hurry. Location is great, but I didn't care much for that, because I came for one night stay and good rest was my priority.

Superb

this place is near the river. we booked the boat, and it is a great fun to bow in DANUBE. Breakfast is fine, it is not very complicated, but our family enjoy. there is no milk, but after we ask, the landlord gave us orange juice which is also good. a family are serving the guests. father drives the boat, mother cooks, son and daughter helps.

only the daughter can speak fluent English. if she is not there, there is a little understanding problem. but it is okay.

Exceptional

Location is perfect, not far from Novi Sad center and place is just a dream! the owners are amazing which they gave us the best service ever, they care about us and every request we asked for was accommodated immediately, the place offers a place for barbeque with all material needed, you only have to bring the meat, place for fishing is amazing, room are clean and spacious, a private garage and 100% privacy. the area is big enough for the kids to play safely. I just recommend this place and for the future I will defeintly book it for myself and the family for longer stay, and as well will recommend for friends that are visiting the area. Steven and Mila were really there for any inquiry and everything went very smooth with them! usually when travelling owners post pictures that are nicer the reality, but with Vila Domor Na Dunavu it is the opposite which reality is much better than pictures posted when booking.

Terasa a výhled na dunaj. Checkout kdykoliv v průběhu druhého dne.

Hluk asi od kombajnu, nebo z rafinérie celou noc. Díra v síti od okna proti hmyzu, brouci byli nalezlí snad všude. Hlučná lednička, dveře od balkónu nejdou otevřít/zavřít bez síly a hluku. Bez odkládacího prostoru v koupelně/háčků. Drobky a binec v zásuvkách.

Dobre miejsce na przeczekanie nawałnicy

Pięknie położony dom nad brzegiem Dunaju. Niestety nie było widać go z mojego pokoju. W pokoju wszystko co niezbędne (oprócz kuchni).

Niestety pokój nie świecił czystością i w wielu miejscach były włosy czy brud. Ważne również, żeby przypomnieć, że pani zażyczyła sobie 10€/dziennie za klimatyzację. Niestety przez to nocleg przestaje być tani. Kwota jest tym bardziej oburzająca, że prąd w czasie mojej podróży był przez kilka godzin. Nie biorę pod uwagę tego, że internetu nie było przez cały pobyt, prądu nie było przez większość, ponieważ wydaje się, że była to przyczyna burz. Co jednak niepokojące gospodarze nie zainteresowali się moją osobą w związku z nawałnicami. "Kuchnia" skrajnie nie wyposażona i nie nadająca się do niczego. Na moje pytanie o sprzęt do gotowania zostałem zbyty informacją, że pani prowadzi kuchnie i można u niej kupić. Dla mnie był to pobyt na przeczekanie złej pogody więc było OK, ale jeżeli miałbym spędzać w ten sposób wakacje, to porządnie bym się zastanowił.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na nocleg tranzytowy. Lokalizacja świetna. Na miejscu można zjeść i wypocząć na tarasie z widokiem na Dunaj lub w klimatyzowanym patio. Śniadanie pyszne, można zamówić Serbskie menu. Właściciele bardzo gościnni i przychylni zwierzętom domowym. Nasz pies czuł się tam wyśmienicie.

De locatie dichtbij Novi Sad, en de zeer vriendelijke uitbater. Het ontbijt was lekker, met veel koffie, een hoop ei, en heerlijk zelf gebakken brood.

Het hotel was behoorlijk verouderd, de deur kon niet op slot toen wij naar Novi Sad gingen, dat voelde niet fijn. Verder was het niet echt schoon, en dat is een understatement.... Ik wil niet te negatief zijn, want een overnachting met ontbijt en 2 biertjes kostte ons met 2 personen maar 38 euro, echter het zou wel schoon moeten zijn...
