Great stay a bit far from the centre

Clean and spacious, the owner was a very nice lady and very helpful.

Pretty far from the centre 12 minutes by car but you can use bus.

Great spacious appartment

Great spacious apartment (3-rd floor) with the parking space. There are many (fast) food shops around that work long hours but will offer really good food with the good price, an excellent bakery shop 🥖🥨 is a literally next door, supermarket is a minute away... The building is well maintained, with the lift. If you want to go to the centre of NS by bus, the bus stops in front of the building ( bus line no.8) or to go direct to the shopping mall (Promenada - NS great shopping mall) then go to the Bulevar Europa then take bus line no.13 ( stops in front of Promenada)... The owners are very helpful , an easy communication ... offering many tips what to do in NS - thank you. BTW, the little present, we received, was very tasty and delicious ( home made ajvar and jam) - we loved it, thank you very much👏😁. We enjoyed staying in this apartment and when coming to NS again we will try to get the same appartment 🙏.

Perfect for our short stay

We were looking for accommodation in this area, close to the fair and a bus stop that goes to the center and this was it. The two bedrooms are great and clean. The bathroom is also nice and clean. One person was in wheelchair and had no issues in this accommodation. It was just perfect

Nice apartment in Novi Sad

Free private parking. Shower pressure was good. The owner met us on check in and was very helpful. The rooms were big and the heating system was great.

Check out time could be like 1 hour later.

Most welcoming host

The best thing about this apartment is the host Bran. He will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. It is also easy access to exit fest by short taxi ride.

A good place to stay with the family to pass some time.

A good apartment in a good location with lots of small shops, cafes and bakeries nearby. The hosts were very hospitable and kind. We used it as a temporary refuge while looking for a long-term options.

The door to the balcony could be fixed, some rollers on windows also didn't work. But these are not crucial.

Better than advertised.

The apartment was neat, clean, and in person was actually better than advertised. The hosts were responsive, welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was fast and with good coverage throughout the apartment. The area it's in is nice, and there are several playgrounds in the vicinity, that our son enjoyed playing at. Having a balcony was really nice. It is overlooking the space between the buildings in the area, however its eastern exposure makes up for that with some beautiful morning light on sunny days. Great for drinking your morning coffee, while enjoying some sunshine and fresh air... The place is great for the price, and we would definitely recommend it, or stay in it again in the future. Great choice to stay out of centre’s hustle, yet be surrounded with many service stores below

Property, nice size of rooms and balcony, great communication with host, nice gest to let us stay longer in parking place and return keys later on, comfort

Excellent value for money!

Hosts were amazing, they waited for us although due to border crossing we arrived later than expected. The apartment is clean, sunny and comfortable, it has exactly what you see on the pictures. The place is pet friendly, our dog liked it there. And important thing for anyone who needs a place for working like we did: internet connection was excellent, although four of us friends were working at the same time and using internet for online meetings.

Perfect apartment

We liked everything! The comfort exceeded our expectations. We were priviledged to park in the private parking of the building and look at Jupiter and Saturn from the balcony.

Sve gore navedeno je bilo odlično. Posebno parking, besplatan, smestili dva vozila.

Možda je samo lokacija za nijansu dalja od centra. ali to već zavisi gde ste tačno namerili.
