Great location, lots of space.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. Warm and comfortable room, lots of space. Well supplied kitchen, washing machine with detergent much appreciated. Property payment is in cash. Public carpark is about 300m away. It costs less than 1 Euro to park all day. Download the parking app if you don't have a Serbian phone.

Perfect location, comfortable stay, great value

Incredible value, great location around the corner from the center. Walkable to everything in the center within ten minutes, most of which would be inside of five. Flexible and easy check-in, great communication.

Great option to stay while in Novi Sad

Really nice place, soft beds, good wifi, easy access to the main part of downtown. Host was easy to communicate with, a really nice stay.

Not in the control of the host but the street infront is torn up. No big deal and host moved us as far back, away from the street as he could. Much appreciated.

Good for a family stay for several days

Very convenient location and quite spacious rooms.

A bit dated and the AC was only in the living room.

It was fight to live normally there.

It's obviously centrally located.

It applies to apartment 1. There was strong mold smell when I entered. It was something related to a kitchen sink and to bathroom to lesser degree. It looked like it's due to poor maintenance and lack of regular ventilation of the space. There's electrical grid transformer just over the narrow street. It became loud during the night, so opening a window to get a fresh air was not convenient. I used ear plugs. The combination of those two made sleeping the first night very hard. It improved later. The narrow road was repaired during my stay. I got notified about it a couple of hours before arrival. That points to landlord's dishonest intentions. I asked worker when they notified home owners. It was approx. 2 weeks in advance. I lived with backhoe parked just in front of the window if it's not on duty. The air quality in the area can become pretty bad too. There's washing machine in the apartment. It's not maintained well, if at all. A detergent drawer is dirty. A drum smells bad due to lack of maintenance.

Perfect location and comfy studio!

The location is perfect! Only a few mins walking to the city center. The studio is spacious and modern w/ a nice, cozy interior design. The check-in process was easy with a key code. Taxi from train station costs about 500 dinar (don't let the cabs charge you 1000!) The hostess was kind and allowed me to store my bags.

There was an internet outage in the area and so there was no Wi-fi, but it wasn't the host's fault. They were kind and allowed me to pay less for the inconvenience.

A Fantastic Stay In Perfectly Located And Impeccably Clean Apartment

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Novi Sad! The location couldn't have been better; right in the heart of the city. Everything was top-notch - it was incredibly clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. Highly recommended!

Great location, big public parking 2 min walking from Vajda ap. Easy conversation with owner. Property is less than 2 min walking from city center and there are lot of restaurants around.

Beautifull apartment near city center

Everything was perfect, highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Novi Sad. Host is excellent. We felt like at home. For sure we will try to get same accomodation for our next visit to Novi Sad.

Very nice and cosy)

Fantastic in every way. The owners have an eye for every detail concerning the comfort for quests and aesthetics in decor of the room, which adds to the overall atmosphere of the stay. Not luxury, but cosy and nice. The location is in the heart of the center, pets are welcome.

The place was perfect, really cozy and tidy, better than we expected for such a small price, and super central, hosts were very friendly too - I totally reccomend

Shower drain was clogged, so, showers had to be short to not flood the whole bathroom, but not that bad
