Close to city center, parking and balcony

Appartment is very well located, 5 min walk from the city centre, has a parking (walking distance), small but useful balcony and all the basic amenities one would need. It was 5 of us and we got 2 sets of keys from the owner which was super helpful for organizing our arrivals.

For appartements that host more then 2 people I think lock box is a great way to enable guests to arrive home at different times and not locking anyone outside. I'd also recommend the owner to stay one or 2 nights at their appartment to notice what someone needs in the day - so that the guests feel more comfortable. Like towel hooks, a bit bigger sink in the bathroom, enough cups and glasses for multiple people. Like I said, things were fine, but with a really small investment they could be amazing :).

Great apartment for those travelling by car

New renovation in the apartment, modern design, hospitable and welcoming owner, was waiting for us at the time of arrival, very fast check-in. The apartment itself has everything you need for living. The building is not new, but everything was clean in it, there is an elevator, which is important for tourists with limited mobility. Free parking in the garage near the building. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the center. In my opinion, an ideal place for travelers by car. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Great value for money, big apartment, excellent location (the center is 5 mins on foot) and it has private parking. I've visited few apartments in Novi Sad on my road trips, but this is the one I'll be booking in the future.

Отличная квартира рядом с историческим центром

Отличная квартира рядом с историческим центром, магазинами, кафе и ресторанами, аптеками. В 5 минутах ходьбы от набережной Дуная! В квартире 2 отдельные комнаты: в одной - двуспальная кровать, во второй-2 односпальные кровати. Также имеется коридор, кухня-гостиная с диваном и балконом. Квартира чистая, белье хорошее, много полотенец. На кухне есть чайник, холодильник и микроволновка. Также имеется стиральная машина с сушкой, что нас очень выручало в плане постоянной стирки одежды от табачного дыма (во всех ресторанах Сербии дико курят).

Можно оставлять для посетителей пылесос и швабру. Мы жили достаточно долго и уже хотелось прибраться. И еще надо докупить маленьких ложечек. Их осталось только 2!

Stan je vrlo lep, čist, tih i prostran.

Pošto smo tražili stan sa dve spavaće sobe, bilo je čudno da je posteljina bila namestena samo u jedno sobi. Srećom jedan putnik od nas troje je morao da se vrati odmah kući, pa nije bila potrebna jos jedna posteljina.U kuhinji bi moglo da bude više tanjira, malih šolja za kafu i posudja.

Garage für das Auto zwei Blöcke weit entfernt, wenig Licht dort und sehr veraltet. Wohnung schmuddelig und nicht sauber, genau 1!!Geschirrtuch für vier Tage. Wohnung veraltet- Foto müssen schon sehr alt sein, dreckiger Balkon. Wie diese Unterkunft 9,4 Sterne hat ist mir ein Rätsel !! Couch wollte ich ausziehen und im Wohnzimmer schlafen da die Klimaanlage sich darin befand jedoch beim ausziehen der Couch verging es mir da ganze Kekse, Kaugummis, Dreck und Staubhaufen drinnen waren. Auch unter den Betten war viel Staub und das Bad war reichlich noch mit Haaren von anderen Personen. Bilder vorhanden. Geld wurde sofort bei Schlüsselübergabe abgeknöpft.
