A decent place for a short stay, but it could use some refresh and jus a bit better cleaning.

The room was very spacious. Easy check-in, excellent parking, and a good location. The bed was decent, and the sheets and towels were clean.

The room wasn’t sparkling clean, I noticed some hair here and there. It probably looked like the photos a few years ago, but now it feels a bit worn out. The overall finishing of the room could definitely be improved.

Nice little place downtown Novi Sad. Clean and comfortable room with nice AC. Very close to Main Street. Easy access.

Parking is a bit hard and was extra but it is written in the apartment description so one should pay attention to what is written.

Good location, very close to the city center. Nicely decorated room.

The air conditioning was very weak. Communication with the host was very poor – he didn’t respond to messages, and we had to call him every time. Parking is charged extra, even though it says there is parking available, it’s not mentioned that there’s an additional fee. Fortunately, the parking itself was good.

Modern, well equipped nice apartment, with parking and a "must to try" breakfest.

The apartment is very clean, modern and well equipped. We had also parking, which is very important in the downtown. The breakfest is phantastic ->Selfservice and many kind of domestic food and for a very good price. It is worth to have though it needs some 4-5 mins walk. The host is very kind, using Whatsup he answered our questions quickly.

Cleaning only on demand. Dirty when I arrived, was cleaned after 48 hours after 2 times request. Strong stench and cockroach in the bathroom. No invoice for business purpose despite manifold requests

A good place but not excellent for sure

A very good location, if you don’t have a car. Clean, comfortable enough (we are rather small ones))

Hot water was low pressure and absent one morning of three. Breakfasts were big but starts too late (at 8) and should be ordered the day before. it’s better to go somewhere (there were a lot of cafe around) instead off eating from plastic box (it is prepared somewhere not at the place) Contact person was online only from 10 am and up to 8pm, never reply immediately. So we don’t know exactly if we have breakfast or no (it was always in time). If you come earlier you have to decide yourselves. Parking was 5 mins away. It’s good to have but no stop in front of the apartment so it was some quest to load and unload the luggage. There were only 2 parking keys, if you are happy you’ll get it)

Very nice place to stay near the town center, with a great Internet connection for mobile workers.

I stayed for over 3 weeks in room S1. I work remotely and the wifi was one of the best at any rental, rock solid the entire time and always over 100Mbit/s. Owner was helpful with various questions, check-in was easy, breakfasts delivered to the room each day was really good. Just order what you want and what time (starting 8:15am) the night before and it is delivered. Also location is ideal, one street away from town center, so not too noisy, but still right near everything. Heating is also very good, plus easy fresh air/breeze by opening the windows on both sides. Excellent gym about 100m down the street.

The room (S1) has sloped ceilings, so it feels a lot smaller than it is, as you can't really use a fair bit of the space. Even alone it felt cramped. Smell occasionally coming from the sinks/toilet. Usually fine, but a couple of times it got quite unpleasant and I had to fully open the windows to clear it out. Shower water pressure is very low.

Fascinating and relaxing!

The placement is absolutely fenomenal, it is in the heart of the city, everything is close. The staff were really friendly and very fast to answer when needed. The room itself fascinated me, from door to bathroom everything is latest technology. A very clean room, set with everything you would possibly need for a stay, even if you want to fix up a quick meal you’ll find the basic ware.

Host was there to meet us and explain the code system on arrival He was patient and a very nice chap, excellent comms throughout Transfers from and to the airport included, wonderful service! Location is wonderful, right in the middle of town near main square and plenty of restaurants Super quiet too

Quite a few mosquitoes in the bathrooom of S6 i think, dont know where they were coming from! Informed host and he quickly brought some stuff over that kept the pests out of the bed/living room at least
