Avalon Lux Studio Apartment

It was clean and good value for momey. Location is perfect. The host is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly.

The only thing we didn’t like is the fact that “the walls” and the outside doors are all glass, so it’s like you are sleeping infront of a big window, and the apartment is on the ground floor so it’s basically on the street since it’s the city center. Of course, there are curtains, but it can be kind of scary, espacially for two girls. But luckily we had no bad expirience, but just have this in mind when booking.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable and of good quality. The owner was very kind, quick, and polite in communication. The check-out at 12 gave us plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed morning in the city. Even during a busy festival weekend, we managed to find parking nearby. The price was excellent and the location is fantastic.

The apartment doesn’t have its own private terrace. Instead, you enter through shared passage terraces, which is not clear from the photos. Since the apartment has large windows, it feels quite exposed unless the heavy curtains are drawn. It didn’t bother us, but it’s useful for future guests to know. Also, some of the pillows could be replaced for extra comfort.

Great location, clean, friendly host, and modern furniture. I highly recommend staying in this studio apartment.

It is on groud floor, a adapted store turned into an apartment. There is an automatic curtan that is pulled over the window facing the street, but once that is pulled over there is no daylight. Basically the apartment is in t window display and inch from the street. If we knew this we would have never booked the apartment and this was no where explained. In the picture you see the bed and the big window that is looking at the street. The curtain not see through but you have to keep in on all the time. The bathroom is not the most functional but conpletely new.
