Absolutely superb apartment in the very heart of Novi Sad.

Of the over 500 different properties I have reviewed for Booking.com over the years, this is definitely in the top 3. Absolutely unbeatable location in the very centre of Novi Sad. Fantastic views over the main square. Probably the best view in town. Lots of windows providing natural light. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes just outside the front door. This is a very large, well furnished apartment with excellent desk/work space. Huge bathroom. Very personal decor making it feel more like someone's home than a rental apartment. The most comfortable matress I have ever slept on. Plenty of storage and hanging space Well equipped spacious kitchen Fantastic helpful and friendly owners.

The apartment is on the second floor without a lift. This could be a problem for people with mobility issues. There were occasional cooking smells in the corridor from the next door apartment but this is not the fault or responsibility of the owners. Limited car or taxi access but drop off point is not far. Noise from late night party goers on the main square over weekends can be slightly intrusive.

The city, the location, the service, the host. This accommodation was one of the highlights of our entire trip. It was a very central location in an extremely beautiful apartment. We can’t get these sorts of apartments in Australia and it was a highlight of our trip, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Nothing really, everything was perfect. You do have to walk with your luggage about 300 m but the private parking was exceptional. This comes with the location we found it perfect.

Wonderful view, classic architecture

Superb location in the city center, with a view of the walking pavilion in front of the cathedral. Very pretty and clean place, classical aristocratic architecture, the place was fully stocked and clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Parking is a little tricky, free on the weekends near the surrounding parks, there are also two nearby parking structures, but no dedicated free parking. The beds creaked a little, and the floor creaked a lot. But we always expect some kind of maintenance problems when traveling in the Balkans, so it wasn't a huge deal for us.

Very good

It is convenient apartment for big group to stay together in one place. The living room is spacious and rooms layout is highly functional. We used the apartment over several days as a hub for different colleagues to check in and out, which was convenient for short stays. The assistance from host was helpful.

Parking is some 5 minutes drive fom the building which was not cenviniet for us as we are using the car all the time. Wish it was more accurately described in the portfolio. The twin bedrooms are divided by a thin wall, so one of the rooms has no day light and sound isolation is poor, especialy if you are facing the main square. Additional toilet would be needed for a group of 5+ people, but you can manage.
