Everything was excellent. The hostess was highly professional, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly arranged. The location is very convenient, close to the city center. I would be delighted to encounter such professionalism on all my future trips. She also provided us with very helpful tips about the city

An incredible apartment with everything you need – spotlessly clean and truly luxurious. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels, and this apartment is absolutely in the same league! The host is extremely welcoming and takes great care of the guests – from promptly answering questions to thoughtful touches like providing helpful information and even a small minibar. It’s the small details that elevate the whole experience and take the booking to another level. Highly recommended!

Very good location with private parking availability. Great host for sharing detailed instructions and everything being adequate and true to previously communicated. Great value for money.

Previous guest/s not respecting non-smoking status of room/ facilities (cigarettes odor from toilette) which ruins the cleanliness perfection especially when traveling with a toddler. Slippers availability would top comfort experience.

One of our best stays ever

We love the location, the appartments style, the smell inside of it and the fact there was a very nice coffee machine and also some oil in the kitchen to cook. The host was so nice she prepared everything for our arrival: some water in the fridge, a nice room temperature and dimmed lights. She was also very flexible with our demands and very kind, she gave us all the instructions in order to visit the city. Also, the private parking spot was top.

If we stayed a few more nights it would be handy to have a washing machine (not necessary)

100/10 for this outstanding accommodation Location is 5min walk from City center with bars, restaurants Private parking & garage inside the building The flat decoration is better than the pictures, also super neat & extra clean Appreciated all the small attentions (coffee, tea, towels, minibar, even umbrellas..!), with great, friendly care and recommandations from Svetlana. Recommand this flat to everyone visiting Novi Sad, we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay one more night to enjoy this amazing place.

It's well equipped (that's actually an understatement, apartment has so many great details not even listed or shown on photos), perfectly clean with good location and parking spot.
