This apartment has all the comfort you need for a stay in Novi Sad. Everything is OK, clean, spacious, functional, quiet, exactly as described on Booking.com. There is a private courtyard where several cars can be parked free of charge. Also, there are two mini-markets / general stores nearby, 24 hours open. The owner is nice and customer oriented.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment offered great privacy and is located in a very quiet area, which made it perfect for relaxation. Parking was convenient, and the apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having a shop and bakery on site was an added bonus.

Easy to find, parking spot on site

Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement: bedsheets weren’t changed prior to our arrival (there was hair on my pillow), covers had a lot of holes and stains, there was a lot of dust in the bedroom and a full fist of hair, no hand soap in the bathroom, ants in the hallway and dead flies all around (easy to spot and remove in a cleaning session, which is why I’m sure the apartment wasn’t cleaned between guests). The bed was incredibly loud with each slight movement (impossible to sleep without ear plugs). We didn’t expect luxury considering the price, but this was one of the worst experiences.
