Sparkling clean, warm, cozy, with a great host! Forever grateful to Mr Zdravko.

We had a wonderful stay— it was so lovely in the apartment that we were sorry it had already been booked for the following evening and we couldn’t stay longer. The apartment was well furnished and warm. We had everything we needed for a cozy stay and the rooms were sparkling clean. The most important factor, however, was the host himself! Mr. Zdravko, a true gentleman and the epitome of a good host, stayed awake until 5 a.m. to welcome us into the apartment after we had waited for 7 hours on the Hungary border. He even checked on us more than once to make sure we were getting on our journey safely. Later that morning, in order to let us get enough rest, he even allowed us to stay later than 11am, the usual check out time. No words can express our gratitude for the kindness us and our two little children were met with. We just hope to reciprocate someday. There is no better place to stay in Novi Sad for us than Mr. Zdravko’s apartments!

Liked the fact apartment is huge, clean and on a great spot in the city. The apartment is decently equiped and very clean with more than enogun towels. There is availble parking that is great add-on for the package. Overall, great quality for invested money! 👌

Great hosts and location.

The hosts were extremely kind, letting us in after midnight on a rainy day. The apartment met our expectations and the location was excellent.

Excellent but not in the hot season

It is at perfect location , everything is close. The host and the house /neighbours excellent. The parking perfect.

The air conditioning is only in the living room and nothing in the bedrooms, which are at the other side of the flat . These were very hot days . In one of the bedrooms you cannot even open normally the window due the not properly put up curtain holder. We could not fall asleep till late, almost midnight despite being very tired as it was very warm and early morning around 6 when people and the pigeons started to move , they would wake us up.

Mr. Zdravko, the landlord, was waiting for us until 02.00 am, as we were late due to extremely heavy road traffic before holidays-we were very grateful, as we were travelling with four kids. The apartment is in a quite area, a 10 minute walk from the old city centre, with free private parking in the courtyard (big enough to park a mini van). There are many restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops and an open market in the walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. We will certainly be back in the future.
