Amazingly kind host!!

I have met a lot of warm, pleasant hosts in my years of traveling, but the lady who runs this Airbnb definitely takes the prize! The host went out of her way to grant me and early check-in, as well as OFFER a late check out! I completely didn't expect this -- I had simply mentioned that I was leaving Novi Sad at 10pm, and she immediately offered to let me check out a lot later (at 3pm) because her next guests were arriving late, I was traveling alone, and she wanted to make sure I was safe and comfortable. She didn't know this, but I had made this last-minute booking after my previous accommodation arrangements fell through. So her kindness overwhelmed me with gratitude -- it was a gesture I really needed, and one that I deeply cherish. Also of note is the fact that the apartment was impeccably maintained and clean -- furnished with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Thank you so much for everything and for sharing your home!

Great for short stay

For us, this was a great location. It was quiet, cozy and clean which is what we needed. The location was good because there are many busses stopping across the street that can take you to the city center. We liked that we had two double beds. One bed was a floor bed which was great for our children. Also the terrace was nice and it is not facing the big road. The host is very nice and she made sure our breakfast is delicious and home cooked. Every evening we made arrangement with the host about our breakfast and she was kind to make what we wanted. She made sure that our stay is very pleasant. For the price we paid for it is for sure worth it. The host for sure gets a 10+ for the hospitality.

It is mentioned that there is a dishwasher but that was not the case. For us, family of four it was a bit cramped because of the big bed is in the living room that is taking too much space, but we only used the apartment to sleep and have breakfast. There are also some unfinished things in the apartment and cables hanging around and also some opened bottles of water and bags laying around which were not ours which seemed a bit strange. It is not unsafe, just not not nice to look at.

Cosy stay in Novi Sad

Amazing host, super responsive and accommodating! The place is well equipped and has everything you need. Good wifi, AC… Couple of restaurants nearby and bus stops. Great for a short stay in Novi Sad!

A cozy apartment with all necessities in a good location but there is a couple of nuances

The apartments has everything for a comfortable stay: the apartment even has a big washing machine, dryer and dishwasher machine. The interior looks good and cozy, especially great is a green comfortable sofa on the kitchen. There are two TVs: in the bedroom and in the kitchen. In the bedroom there is a pretty big wardrobe to place your luggage. There is a lot of kitchen utensils and tableware. The location is really good: about 10-15 minutes walking from the bus or train station, and not so far from the city center. The house itself is pretty new and the district looks good. Also there is a spectacular view to picturesque roofs of Novi Sad and to sunsets. The apartment is pet friendly, although you have to pay extra 5€ a day for a small dog, but that's great that it's allowed to stay with a pet here. Soundproofing here is perfect or maybe our neighbours were quiet. If you have to work from the apartment, the WiFi connection is perfect and there is a small desk with a comfortable computer chair in the bedroom. It was warm inside the apartment despite of the winter and temperature of hot water in bathroom was stable. The host is friendly and stayed in touch with us when there were some questions.

The bed was pretty squeaky on every small movement, but despite this fact it was comfortable. It feels a bit strange when there is a lot of things everywhere, even some food in the fridge door and semi-empty bottle of mineral water, and somebody's kid plastic glasses in the bedroom. It felt like the owners left for a while and you're a thief sneaking into a house :D Firstly I didn't notice on Booking 5€ payment for everyday cleaning (as I understand, it includes washing floors and trash can removal, maybe something else), so I had to pay extra 25€ for 5 days. I'm not sure if everyday cleaning is a really necessary option.

Super cozy and lovely

Our room was very comfy and cozy, with beautiful view from the balcony.

I'd say the only thing that wasn't comfortable is the bathroom. It was very small. For older or a little heavy people it could be a challenge to use it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! We'd be happy to return there

Tiniest Room ever

Host was good, she doesnt speak english and transilator is required. She gave some home cook food and extra sheets to survive

This is one of the tiniest place i stay in my whole life. Thank God we were not fat, if i was a but more fat, i would have stuck in the bathroom. You need to fold hands and sit in bathroom, else u get stuck. Better not to bath from this room, as u will hit everywhere.

The staff was amazing. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. My partner and I were given all the information we would need on time. The whole room was clean and tidy, the beds are extraordinary soft and comfortable. Not only that but the appliances provided are very modern, easy to use and overall were a very nice unexpected delight. The balcony gives the room a lot more natural light than we expected and it is perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. Overall an incredible stay that i would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be returning.
