As described. The room has all the mentioned amenities. The owner is friendly, helpful but not intruding. The view from the balconies is amazing. We didn't use the air-condition at all althought it was 31°C. The bathroom is spot on clean, new and has a very spacious walk-in shower. There is a practical kitchenette including a mini refrigirator. If you travel by car, it offers free parking and is a great base to explore the city. You can reach downtown in 10 min. by car. The neighbourhood is quite, calm and safe.

2 weeks in the Sakota Family House

We liked the place itself, the level of comfort, the price, and the views from the terrace. We lived there for two weeks and managed to appreciate all the charms. The house is located in the center of the village, so there are many cafes and shops nearby. The city center can be easily reached by bus in 10 minutes or in 40 minutes on foot through the park and the bridge. There is also a beautiful nature reserve nearby for lovers of tourism. And I would like to say a special thank you to the hosts for the warm welcome. In general, I recommend this wonderful place to everyone. 10 points.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful despite our language barrier! The apartment was clean and well equipped, we were able to park our car in the drive at night with the gate closed which was great for our overpacked vehicle. They helped us with our laundry, and there was a dryer which was a huge bonus. There was a beautiful view from the communal patio.

It's a bit too far from the sites in Novi Sad to walk but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. We did have some issues with power/wifi and hot water, but the hosts were quick to try and remedy the situation and everything was working for our last day. The fridge is also a bit old and didn't seal very well so we had some trouble with it popping open.

A Mountain View Along the Danube

A very nice apartment with a magnificent view of the Danube river from multiple balconies decorated with flowers. The family and staff in their flower shop are incredibly kind and that may have been the best part. They were always willing to help us with anything at any time of day or night. I even was able to speak not only English but some basic Russian, Ukrainian, and the local Rusyn dialect and they understood me. Wonderful experience and you can't beat the price for that view.
