Everything was as expected. The host is pleasant, he showed us everything that we need. The apartment was clean, quiet, and totally adequate for a group of people.

It was very pleasant stay at M7, Great for families in terms of comfort and location.

Though the rooms were small it was comfortable for us as family, The facilities are almost like home. The host was very friendly, helpful and well responsive,

Cosy apartment with a pinch of stress

All of the furniture is new and very comfortable, clean and in general the apartment is very well equipped. The location is good if you don't want to be in the city centre, as it is near it. Hosts are great, communication is easy and I would definitely come again.

The location the the air-conditioning isn't the best, so during hot days/nights it needs to work all the time. We didn't leave it on, so that our friend sleeping in the single bed room wouldn't be to cold, but therefore we had a very hard time sleeping in the other bedroom (with a double bed).

Exceptional

It is a good place, in an overall quiet part of the Town. Our stays was to visit a festival so it was close to our destination. That part of the city has a good amount of stores, food available, and shopping. The host was kind and welcoming, they gave us their instructions clearly and concisely we didn't have any issue coming in or signing out. The A/C was preapplied as it was a really hot summer day so that was great.

Very nice apartment, confortable, it was pretty warm concerning it is January, heating was good. The apartment is in separate house, it is almost like you have the whole house for yourself. There is a parking space in front of the apartment.

Very spacious and clean apartment in a great, quiet neighborhood - about 15 minutes from the center. Outdoor sitting area and parking are private and safe - behind the gate. The host is great and obliging, always willing to help. I strongly recommend!

Great hosts, comfy & convenient apartment

Absolutely wonderful hosts - we had trouble with the WiFi and they had someone address it immediately. The location was perfect for our dogs, there is a small grassy area a block away and the park just beyond that. The apt is above a garage unit that's now used for the business in the main house. Parking is inside the courtyard so there is plenty of space for your car and for you to sit outside. We wondered how tight the LR would be with the table raised, we used one side only and it's not too bad.

Would be nice if there were screens on the windows. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area, it's fine during the day but you're a blood bank if you have them open in the evening.

Приятная небольшая квартира в центре города с большим количеством спальных мест.

Чистая квартира. Большое число спальных мест - насчитал 7. Расположена близко к центру города в тихом районе. Серджио - приятный хозяин, помогал нам с чемоданами. У нас был поздний ведёт, поэтому он разрешил оставить багаж и после выселения, до вечера.

Все понравилось. Вначале даже удивился негативным отзывам, а потом обратил внимание, что они старые. Видно, что в квартире недавно был отличный ремонт и куплена свежая метель из ИКЕА.
