If you plan on staying more than 1 or 2 nights, don't.

Host was very nice and informative with his instructions and messages, he clearly provided all the essential information, also it's only a 5 minute walk to city center.

Only the deluxe room has a bathtub so don't be fooled, everything is so dirty, walls are yellow, mattress is stained, bathroom has no space and smells bad also the water is leaking, kitchen is unusable and dishes are unwashed with leftover food on them. There was ongoing construction in the same building which made a lot of noise. Isolation is also not great as you can pretty much hear everything guests next door are saying.

Excellent central location to explore Novi Sad. Easy self check in. Fully working tub with lights and jets. Fridge. Wifi works.

Not the most comfortable stay in Deluxe room. No window. Very humid. Light and sound from the hallway. Like staying in a box. Wouldn't recommend for more than a night.

almost everything was broken, empty or dirty spoon and cups was dirty, liquid soap was empty shower and jaccuzzi was broken as well as kettle

The jacuzzi was nice.

It is underground floor, there are NO windows in the flat and it smells like basement. The water didn’t evaporate. Didn’t like it at all.

The host was very pleasant, everything was ok on his side, the instructions to enter the apartment were very clear, he gave me an advice where to park the car. Great location :)

Very good location, clean and parking is very cheap.

Bed is very very low quality. I still have backpain same as my wife. Its crazy to feel planking all the night. Host must do something with bed to get 10/10
