Value for money, very reasonable price. New building and high safety doors. Big and comfortable bathroom with new wash machine that we used.
Uncomfortable and low quality bed.Bad position of TV which is at the side wall right of the bed and not straight.

Lokasyon olarak merkeze 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesinde, hemen 2 dk uzaklıkta market/pizza/bar/cafe bulunmakta. Evin iç dizaynı asla boğmuyor. Evdeki malzemeleri temiz bulduk. Kişi sayısına göre havlu ve yeterli malzeme evin içinde vardı. Tesis sahibi ilgili ve saygılı bir insan, mesajlara hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Evin bulunduğu cadde sakin ve huzurlu.
3 kişi kalınmak istendiğinde ek yatak talebi veriyorsunuz, ek yatak da geldiğinde oda içeride hareket etmesi biraz zorlaşacak şekilde daralıyor. Ama fiyat performans olarak bakıldığında çok sorun yaratan bir durum değil.

The place is well located, you can do everything by foot. The center, food store, caffe shop, everything is near, I spend a week there and the room have a good size and design, the owners are very kind and respond quickly if you need something which is really useful. I will back for sure.
I think Some kitchen utensils are a bit old and should be changed soon.
