Tony’s guesthouse has a really comfortable feel to it. There is a large common space that everyone can hang out/cook in. Mina is lovely and makes delicious food you can order at a very reasonable price. Tony is nice too and brought durian for us to try. It’s in an ideal location for exploring the national park. Takes an hour by bus to George Town but the buses are frequent. There are bicycles to ride at the property to get around town and facilities to do washing at the guesthouse. Overall, a very chill and homely place to stay that attracts laidback travellers.

It was a great getaway! I ended up staying for several more days. Rambutans are in season! The owner was so kind to give us free flow rambutans from the garden!

There is a big communal area equipped with fridges, kitchen, dinner table, hammocks couches etc. The layout is very comfortable, there are cats, dogs and other animals. A private room for the low price is very inexpensive and the bathrooms are clean and always equipped with toilet paper.
