Schön eingerichtetes, helles Zimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer und bequemem Bett. Der Platz im Raum ist gut ausgenutzt, sodass trotz der kleinen Fläche kein Gefühl der Enge entsteht. Praktisch ist der kleine Tisch mit einem hochwertigen Holzstuhl und das Regal mit Kleiderbügeln zum Aufhängen von Kleidungsstücken und Aufbewahren kleiner Gepäckstücke. Der Trakt mit Waschbecken, Duschen und Toiletten am Ende des Flurs wird, ebenso wie die gesamte Anlage, täglich gut saubergehalten. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich sind ein Kühlschrank zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung, ein Trinkwasserspender, Tee und Kaffee, Geschirr und eine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig ein wenig abseits der Durchgangsstraße.
Das Gehen im Flur ist aufgrund des Bodenbelags ein wenig geräuschvoll.
