What an amazing stay! The house is beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of modern and cozy touches — everything is bright, stylish, and full of positive energy. The interior is spotless and thoughtfully designed, with lovely details and natural tones that create a calming vibe. We especially loved the peaceful garden with its cute stone path — ideal for morning coffee or a quiet evening. The location is serene and perfect for relaxing, yet still close to stunning beaches where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters. The outdoor sitting areas and balconies are just what you need for unwinding. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. This place truly has it all — comfort, design, nature, and warm hospitality. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Not for cold weather

NOT equipped for "all seasons". We were there End March when it was v rainy & cold . Very muddy dirt road with potholes to get to accomodation. No heating. No Hot water at the kitchen or bathroom sink. Hot water only enough for one shower then wait 20 min for 2nd person to have a shower. No duvets. Beds not made up. Cotton quilts big enough to cover one person not 2 in the bed. ( So we used both beds)It is up Necessary to open bathroom window whilst showering or whole place steams up. No tea towel. WiFi poor/ intermittent connection. The very busy A24 road can be heard at all times.. However, the hosts are lovely & made a lot of effort & were good communicating & made us very welcome. Nikita brought us lovely triangle pastry & bottle of greek wine - For this reason much can be forgiven.

Very comfortable and clean, the hosts were super nice and welcoming, they even had a list of nearby beaches and restaurants which was really helpful.

A bit far from the beach, you would have to drive there but it’s really hard to find parking.

Great accomodation

The owners were very nice and thoughtful, communication with them was very good. Our girls played very nice with their children. We liked to feed and play with the dog and the cats which were visiting us from time to time. The balcony was also quite nice. The house had also a small garden where we could have a barbecue. Overall, the experience was worth it.

Family vacation in Greece

We really loved the welcome from the family( arrived at night) and small welcome gift what we get , not so usuall. Beds were super comfortable , house looks very good , inside and outside as well . You have many towels , some shower gel ,shampoo and actually everything what you can need for a short stay. We are very thankfull for late check out . Family gave us also some good tips what to see in the area. For this location is good when you have a car , we think so.

Maybe we missed some tools, boxes etc in the kitchen , but nothibg horrible . You can improvize . For this location is good when you have a car .

It is a very modern accommodation with small garden and pets ideal for children. The rooms are bigger than I expected them to be, the beds are super comfy. The hosts are very polite and always ready to help. Everything is super clean. The communication with the hosts is superb!

If you are working on your travels as we are, prepare yourself for unstable connection. The neighbourhood is a bit in a contrast with the modern facilities. It is quiet, but there are only fields and roads in vicinity. If you want to go for a walk, to the beach or to buy something, it is definitely better to go by car.

My expirience in Newly Built All Season Resort it was somethink new to me.. it was amazing! Perfect hospitality from smiley people who realy cares about costomers. The place is a litle paradise , even in autumn you can do there your Sumer holidays there. The apartment was vry bautiful ... traditional , with new ideas and the personal stile of the owner MR Kostas , but the best part for me i think was the bed . I went there alone, but in this bed i didnt feel alone. The only bad thing it is that I staied there only one day.. the next time i will come for one or two weeks. Thank you for everithink mr Kostas and Ms Niki!

Perfect hideaway

Although it does not have an exceptional view, it is the perfect place that introduces you to the holiday atmosphere. Built in traditional Greek style, but with modern elements, the house is located in a quiet area, perfect as a starting point for all 3 arms of Halkidiki. The space on the ground floor is large, it can host up to 6 people (in the living room there are 2 very large beds instead of sofas), the garden and the terrace are so beautiful. You can hear some traffic from the highway, but it's not disturbing, you can close the windows at night and it's perfect. The house is so cool that we didn't use the AC at all, even though it was over 38 degrees Celsius outside. There are some mosquitoes in the evening, but you have mosquito nets and repellents in the villa. We will always return with love when we'll have the opportunity!

The owners were amazing, they made sure we have everything we needed, very quickly response from any questions you have about location of the place, welcoming with sweets and cold water in the fridge was really nice of them also when we left the place ,they gave us breakfast for our way back home. They also did sent lots of locations and recommendations for nice beaches and places to go to.The property was clean and comfortable, 7 min driving from the nearest beach. The house have BBQ which was lovely to have. My friends and I enjoyed our stay there we definitely recommend it. ☺️

The resort was 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach Paralia Vergias, 10 minutes drive from the center of Nea Kalikrateia and 30 minutes to Thessaloniki Cosmos Mediterrenean. Overpriced and questions about bed sheet cleanliness

For the price of a 4 star hotel on the beach, you get a ±20 m2 studio with 2 beds and kitchen, in the middle of nowhere. It's not 40-45 m2 as claimed. (i think they put 40-45 m2 because it has balcony, but even with it i don't think there are 40-45 m2) We didn't take something cheap because wanted a good vacation, and got what we could get for half price and near the beach. This place is super overpriced. The road to the property is not very good and it is very tight. Our sheet had some little hair and some bread crumbs, happy we got our sheet, because i would never sleep on theirs. I was fooled by the good reviews. Not recommended.

A very cozy house with wonderful and caring owners. Not located in a tourist place, but within five minutes there is a beach, a cafe and a supermarket. We had a car throughout our stay, so the place was perfect for us. We spent quiet evenings on the terrace. Separate comment: here is a very comfortable shower with a good water pressure.

Absolutely amazing 🤩

The stay with this family was something that I have never felt on many journies I had. The appartments and surroundings are absolutely divine. The app is so comfortable, you would find everything you could need and is done with such taste and love. The place is located near Playa Vergia which is the cosi and different as there are no much turists and is local place with local people which is the way to trully feel and understand the Greece. The wormth of the family and their welcomness i have never felt. Thank you Niki and Kostats for most amaizing holiday 🌟💕

Very nice appartment and great owners

The house was big, clean and well furnished. We had a nice terrace where you can eat or read a book and a barbecue that we used one evening to prepare delicious suflaki. Kostas & Niki were the best owners. They were always ready to help us and offered us small attentions every day. We also got a lot or recommendations about places to visit and locations of the best beaches and taverns.

The house is excellent big enough for a family with 3 kids, wery good equipped , everything you would need for a pleasant vacation even a PSP for the kids, very clean almost everything Is new ,the kitchen is fully equipped ,big bathroom with everything you need . Όλα ήταν καταπληκτικά , συνδυάζει φιλοξενία , άνεση , χαλάρωση με πολλές παροχές . Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο , με όλες τις ανέσεις , πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις παραλίες και μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή ! Οι οικοδεσπότες ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μου ήταν φιλόξενοι , πρόσχαροι και μας πρότειναν ωραίες επιλογές για φαγητό και κάλυψαν στο έπακρον τις ανάγκες μας ! θα ξαναπήγαινα με τα μάτια κλειστά !

Ein Highlight war die tolle Terrasse, die perfekt für entspannte Abende oder ein Frühstück im Freien ist. Die Lage des Appartements zwischen Thessaloniki und Chalkidiki ist ideal, da man schnell zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden gelangen kann.

Das Appartement war sehr kalt am ersten Tag als wir abends angekommen sind. Beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne vorheizen 😉
