Просторная, чистая квартира в довольно тихом районе. Хорошее расположение. Недалеко озеро, вокруг есть дорожки, где можно прогуляться и заняться спортом. В квартире есть все необходимое. Нам очень понравилось. С удовольствием бы вернулись еще раз.

Ihanan valoisa, siisti, moderni ja tilava asunto puiston vieressä. Hissitalo. Kivat parvekkeet (2 kpl). Hiljaiset naapurit. Ilmaiset parkkipaikat useammallekin autolle. Helppo check-in ja avulias vuokraaja. Tykkäsimme kovasti asunnosta ja sen ympäristöstä!
Meille kahviautomaatti tuotti haasteita, mutta paikan "isäntä" olisi tullut neuvomaan sen käytössä, jos olisimme halunneet. Pelkistetyt ohjeet kahvikoneen käytöstä voisivat auttaa monia vierailijoita ja säästää asunnon isäntää turhilta yhteydenotoilta . 😊

Hyvä sijainti: puisto, kauppakeskus, padel keskus ovat lähellä, huoneistossa on kahvikone. Sisäänkirjautuminen on helppoa. Parkkipaikkoja on riittävästi. Fatina vastaa nopeasti.
Ilmastointi on puutteellista, on tunkkaista kesällä talon rappukäytävässä sekä huoneistossa. Vierailimme Fatinan luona toista kertaa. Tukkeutuneet lavuaarit keittiössä ja suihkuhuoneessa toistamiseen. Jos haluat nauttia järvelle näköalaa istualtaan parvekkeella, niin katseesi osuu mattalasiin, eikä maisemiin. Sijauspatjat puuttuvat jokaisesta sängystä. Huoneisto ei vastaa perheemme mielestä "Luxury" ominaisuutta mm naarmuilla sohvan ja suihkuhuoneen löysän ovikahvan vuoksi.
