we weee three people and needed the sofa-bed but it was not made

Everything about N48 Boutique hotel spawns good vibes : the welcome, the building, the apartment, and eve the courtyard behind the building where guests can park for free. The apartment itself is modern, functional, beautifully furnished, and very clean. It is equipped with all appliances including a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and access easy. The arrival arrangements were crystal-clear and the interaction with the - very kind - host fluid, transparent, and efficient. N48 Boutique hotel is very conveniently located near to the old town of Tallinn, and also to the ferry terminal. Everything can be easily reached on foot. The is a supermarket just across the street and an Italian restaurant next door. It is less than 1 km's walk to the Kadriorg park and museum.

This property is spotless, lots of space in the studio and well laid out. Great to have washing/drying facilities. Loved the electronic entry system, no need to carry a key.

We booked a room for 4 people (one bed, one couch), but when we showed up there was only one bed made for 2 people not 4. We slept on the couch that we had to make ourselves and we found our blankets in the closet, but the blankets where very very dirty. When we opened the couch there was food on the mattress. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
