N48 Boutique Hotel

This property is spotless, lots of space in the studio and well laid out. Great to have washing/drying facilities. Loved the electronic entry system, no need to carry a key.

Clean, quiet and spacious.

Exellent hotel. Very comfortable bed, clean, and everything you might need up to the washing machine with drying posdibiliy. And coffee pad machine. Location is also optimal. I visited the art musium 12 min walk in the park while waiting for the check in time (in a historical buifong built by Peter the Great and small but wonderful classical Russian paintings - highly recommend!). The Old city is also 2 tram stops in the oposite direction. Tje sea promenade is also not far). Shops and a wonderful coffee shop is also nearby)

I understand that staffless option is cheaper and help with keeping the low cost, but adding a living soul to talk about options if sightineeing and dining, as well as leaving language, if there is still time before check in would raise up to 10 points, on my view. The staff on the phone was helpful, but could speak only English - I am sure you can find plenty of people speaking Russian (as for many public setvices) and, perhaps, German.

Convenient location, very simple access with the door code. The room was very clean and bright and despite a central location, it was very quiet.

Wifi was fairly unreliable. Despite the positives, the room felt very cramped. The chairs and table blocking the closet made it very enclosed. The room was incredibly hot and the thermostat was not cooperating. The nightlights near the bed were extremely bright for a nightlight. Wish there would have been coat pegs to hang the overcoat. Also, comparing it to other places I have stayed in at similar locations with the same or more amenities, can't help but feel it was strongly overpriced.
