"It's a small but cozy place. Self checkin, 10 min walking from tram stop Laeva, where you can get there directly from the airport by tram number 2. Even closer to Hypermarket Rimi, and 10 min walking ..."

It’s cosy,cleaned and well equipped!
Just the stairs are not trustworthy

Location perfect. Communication was fast. I never meet anyone but check in and out easy. Good Wi-Fi. If you play poker at Hilton 5 minute walk.
No wardrobe or shelves in room. No mirror to check how you look before going out.

Clean and beautiful location of apartment
There is too much noise caused by doors slamming shut. I suggest installing door closers to ensure that the doors close smoothly and quietly and to avoid unnecessary conflicts and complaints.

It’s close to the city
The stairs up to the bed were scary
