Lootsi 3a Nordic Style with Parking

Excellent location for exploring Tallinn on foot without needing to use the car. Convenient parking in the same building with direct access to the lifts. There is a shopping centre right across the street with a large supermarket where you can buy groceries. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with an ironing board and iron, a washing machine, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners were excellent hosts, providing detailed information and responding to our messages quickly.

The apartment could benefit from some investment by the owners. The bedroom window is completely cracked. The sofa bed mattress is in poor condition, and the sheets provided are too small to cover it properly. The beds are uncomfortable, and some kitchen utensils, such as the frying pans, should be replaced.

Great location. Very convenient with parking. And helpful bits included like a baby cot, bathroom stool, washing machine and dishwasher. All useful when travelling with a young family.

Only thing was that the couch was very squeaky and uncomfortable to sleep on. We booked it as a family so kids got the room and we took the couch. Overall worked well but we ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor. Not ideal.

Furniture is in very bad condition, broken and unstable leaving overall view unpleasant and dirty. Flat is in need of major repair as the window and the balcony door can’t stand heavy winds. Photos and reality is not quite the same.
