Loistava sijainti, asunto oli kuvauksen mukainen, siisti ja hyvä kaikin puolin.
Asunto oli melko lämmin, vaikka ulkona oli viileää Suuriin ikkunoihin paistoi aurinko, eikä ollut ilmastointia (muutama tuuletinhyrrä kyllä, mutta osa niistä piti kovaa meteliä) Mutta meidän vierailumme aikana sää oli tosiaankin viileä, joten lämpötila pysyi kohtuullisena.

Viihtyisyyttä voisi parantaa, aika niukasti sisustettu. Huoneessa olisi hyvin tilaa ruokapöydälle baarijakkaroiden sijaan. Muutama tyyny kaipaa uusintaa.

Huoneisto oli tilava ja hyvällä paikalla.
Astianpesukonetta ei voinut käyttää kun vedet valui lattialle kun koneen laittoi päälle.Vuokraaja ei vastannut viesteihin. Luvattua syöttötuolia ei tuotu sovitusti.
