The key-collection instructions were explained clearly, and the staff was friendly and gladly answered any questions we had. The apartment was clean, equipped with kitchen utensils for basic cooking and even an oil-filled radiator (great for wet shoes). The location was well-connected to the old town and other popular destinations (TV tower, museums...) with public transport. There was a conveniently close Rimi.
There were a few things missing for a more proper kitchen setup (paper towels/ larger tea towel or drying rack for the dishes, oil and salt). The bed had a hard frame making it less comfortable for a taller sleeper/ for sitting on the edge.

Satisfactory facilities.
The lock box. They sent us the wrong code to start with. Then their phone number was out of service. We finally located a different hotel managed by the same company, found their phone number and called them. That receptionist was able to reach someone who sent us the correct code. But even then we struggled with lockbox 7.

Compliments for whoever took pictures of the room
The bathroom was really dirty and full of other peoples hair. It is not luxurous and really expensive for what you get.
