Suur-Karja Penthouse Apartment

The apartment is a sloped‑ceiling attic unit with excellent natural light and plenty of space. It looks clean and tidy, and the facilities are of good quality. Located in the old town, it is very convenient for sightseeing.

However, there are minor shortcomings that, like small pebbles inside a nice pair of shoes, detract from the overall experience. The fabric sofa has numerous stains. The inside of the dishwasher is dirty, and the pull‑out range hood has a layer of dust on its surface, indicating poor routine maintenance. A capsule coffee machine is provided, yet only one coffee capsule is supplied. For two guests staying three nights, a single capsule is completely insufficient. Additionally, the apartment key is kept in a keybox in the building’s ground‑floor lobby. The lobby entrance is normally kept locked, so you have to call the host to gain access, which makes the check‑in process rather cumbersome.

Excellent location, spacious and very comfortable. Lots of cafes and restaurants and walking distance from everything. The apartment is great value for money.

Location was excellent, situated in the heart of the old city of Tallin. As it was the penthouse apartment, it was very quiet however despite busy bars and restaurants below. A very modern, clean and attractive apartment, ideal for our family group of 6.

Getting luggage , and in our situation a wheelchair, up the final flight of stairs but we appreciate it was our unique family situation. Not much to dislike at all.
